Sleep experts in the US suggest the following: (Some of these recommendations may work for you. Pick and choose, you don't need to do all of them.)1. Go to bed around the same time every night.2. Don't do any work in bed. Choose another part of your house to do work.3. Leave the tv off.4. Drink hot milk an hour before going to bed. Avoid caffeine.
