jtaq
The 6s has 2 GB RAM (compared to 1GB last year) and a faster processor (70% faster than the previous). The memory and speed is noticeable. Quote Link to comment
omega2959
water proof ba daw iphone 6s?may nakita akong video na binabad yung iphone sa tubig at hindi nasira. pero hindi din naman na mention ng apple na waterproof. so at your own risk parin siya. may nakita din akong pic kung saan binaklas yung iphone at nakita na may rubber fittings kaya di pumapasok yung tubig Quote Link to comment

Hari ng Spakol
water proof ba daw iphone 6s? No! this unit does not feature any waterproof or dust proof protection, just buy ziplock sandwich bag to protect it from water. Quote Link to comment
rolling stoned
My primary smartphone is an iPhone 6 on the Globe network. My secondary phone is an Asus Zenfone 5 on the SMART network. The 2nd sim slot on my Asus is for local simcards for voice, sms and data when I travel. Quote Link to comment
Cap™
any predictions on how much Globe would be charging for the iPhone 6s plus? I'm thinking about getting one kaya lang parang oversized din siya minsan. Pero bang for the buck din ang dating...or not? haha Quote Link to comment

How much is the expected cashout for the 128GB phones sir? Though it feels like they'd lose stocks soon, just like with the launch of the 5s before Quote Link to comment
ganjin
Not entirely sure, but for plan 1899, cash out for 128Gb is proly arounf >P20k Globe site is prompting an error right now [6:01] prolly cause of user surge. I can't even complete the pre-order process Quote Link to comment
ganjin
Just got the official price from Globe.iPhone6s 64Gb is P15,400 for plan P1799 with lock in contract for 24 months Quote Link to comment

KeepItDiscreet
hindi na advisable kumuha ng mahal na plan with 2 years contract para sa isang cellphone na bago ngayon. technology is so fast mabilis na susurpass ng new things.a lot of changes could happen in just 2 years Quote Link to comment
TheSpirit
I would advise getting a flexible iPhone plan these days if you're planning to get the new iPhone 6s and 6s Plus units from our local carriers if you don't have any postpaid plan yet. If you have one and you're happy with your existing postpaid plan, get a prepaid one instead from your loyalty perks for being a loyal subscriber. Quote Link to comment

Cap™
so I've checked the current postpaid plans for the 6s at Globe and the 64gb 1,799 plan includes a 15,600 cashout (basically that's my ideal phone setup but might only be allowed for a 1,299 plan with a 24,000 cashout). My deal right now is I don't have a decent phone (not even a smartphone which appears to be of esteemed value at this point) and I don't intend to switch phones ever so often so I'm really comfortable with a two-year setup. What becomes heavy in this setup, however, is that two-year span because, as we all know, that "plan" provides bill shocks and overspending on the plan is a doozy. Anyway, I'd like to ask a question regarding the cashout as I've seen that it could be paid via credit. Would it be possible to have the cashout on an installment basis or is it an upfront payment scheme? Edited November 10, 2015 by Ren Captain Awesome Quote Link to comment
