luol_deng Posted June 30, 2006 Share Posted June 30, 2006 The Germany vs Argentina match was a great match, it seemed Argentina went defensive too early...there was like 20-25mins to go in the 2nd half and they took off Riquelme & Crespo for defensive minded players Cambiasso & off striker Julio Cruz...Argentina had some chances to build another goal but once Riquelme came off there game went down south and Germany started attacking and got more going once Schweinsteiger went off for Borowksi... England should win against Portugal since Portugal have some players missing and Cristiano Ronaldo is still not fit to practice so that could be a problem... France vs Brazil is a tough choice to make, i'll go for Brazil on this one!!! Italy vs Ukraine is now on...im gonna watch it... Quote Link to comment

Just like brazil a colony of portugal.. diba.. kanya kanyang diskarte lang yan.. badtrip naman kasin mga kano yan.. pinilit pa tayo mag basketball.. hehe.. mahaba na ba.. boring na ata sinasabi ko.. recommendation nalang: soccer should be a sports for schools.. those who are good at soccer should be given a full scholarship by deped. Just look at Team USA, with all the resources and funding that they have they still are not a world power in football. One of the few sports that americans will never dominate. If we start now, it might take us 50-75 years before we could even compete at a decent level much more at the World Cup level. Plus most kids don't have that "love for the game."
