duchessXI Posted May 16, 2008 Share Posted May 16, 2008 ako magpie pa rin. hehehehe! ayus yan. saw kevin keegan on TV observing a primera liga game on the stands. looks like hes bringing in several imports to the team, specifically play-makers as as the moment they rely on long-balls and crosses to the box and apparently lack creativity; and maybe perhaps replace owen as hes not consistent up front unlike back in his liverpool days. i like KK's style of play, very fluid attacking football with a 4-3-3 formation. but sometimes he needs to think twice in reverting to a 4-5-1 if conditions permit; there are limits to it. thats how other teams beat them; they exploit them on their counter attack; the front 3 hasnt blended so well yet to remain a threat. hes got to tweak a few more if he wants to contend with the upper half of the premier league. newcastles a club rich with history with great fans, I wouldnt want to see newcastle following leeds footsteps down to League 1.
