circleguy
Hi, let me know if they gave in or not, ako naman May of 2008 ako ma charge for the membership fee, 3years na ata ako member ng ciitbank, never pang na waive annual fee ko. P1,200 din eto, sayang naman. mga bills ko naman sa kanila paid ng full each month, there was a time nga na umabot pa sa 25k ang utang ko sa kanila. ayaw ko naman sana pa close ang citibank ko because medyo malaki ang credit limit na binigay nila... nope! they did not waive the annual fee for my citibank shell gold card, they say dami na raw benefits yung shell kaya hindi pwde waive annual fee so yon! i closed it na! to think i pay each month in full! forced them to send a manager's check for the rebates i got from them worth 82 pesos, ayaw pa nga nila send eh kaya i asked for a supervisor, they'd rather na ako may utang sa kanila kesa sila may utang sa akin! good riddens sa citibank! shadowspy
tanong ko lang...how does credit card refund work? I made an airline ticket purchase using my card but I had to cancel the flight. The airline said that they will refund the amount directly to my card after 60 working days. how does that work? does it mean that the cc company will pay me instead of me paying them? or will it just be balanced with any outstanding or future use? what it I currently do not have any outstanding balance? butchick
This happened 2 years ago na ata.. I used to have a citibank gold credit card until somebody hacked my account and did a cash advance amounting to 60,000 pesos. (First withdrawal was 40,000 then another 20,000 the next day...as reflected to my billing statement.)I dunno how it happened knowing that the card is in my possession.I reported it to the bank but they didnt do anything about it kasi, according to them, its impossible daw to happen so they still charged it to me.I didnt have any choice so I fully paid it so as not to be blocklisted. After that I decided to cut my account with them. And yeah, someone told me that some "inside job" is happening at Citi...they sell daw credit card accounts to syndicates in exchange of a big amount.I dunno if its true, pero ingat na lang. i don't know how to say this but it seems to me lika a lot of cock and bull..... why would you be paying for something that you didnt borrow? Guest airmax
dati citibank ang gamit ko hindi ko nabayaran kasi nag abroad ako noon. later on naayos namin ang bayad. after namin sya ma paid off noong 2005 lagi pa rin kaming kinukulit dahil may kelangan pa raw akong bayaran na 1k eh nung time na yon sabi noong nakausap namin sa citibank ok ng hindi bayaran yon eh kulit kulit pa rin nila may natawag palagi sa bahay. pinadalahan pa ako ng collection agency ng notice na bayaran ko. napa palpak ng procedures ng citibank sa ganyan. well sa atin naman kasi hindi affected ang credit history mo dahil walang credit history. dito sa us in a period of one year naging 3 na credit cards ko. chase, household bank w/c is hsbc here, atsaka capital one. usually bibigay nila sa yong credit limit nasa 300 or 500 pagka nakapagbayad ka on time tinataas nila ung credit limit mo to $800. well plano ko lang pagandahin ko credit history ko kaya ako kumuha ng credit card. para makatipid ka wag mong dalhin ang credit card mo leave it at home. use it when you only need it. mr. john
ung sa sakin daw kasi pinambili ng mga merchandise sa internet. malinaw na fraud kc kung ako talaga ang gumamit para bumili ng mga ganun, whats the point na deny ko pa diba? i mean kung ako talaga may gawa nun e di dapat di ko na deny na ako ang nag transact nun db? 35 working days amp is too long. obvious na obvious naman na fraud. tsaka isa pa, in the first place pa lang, alam na ng mbank na baka fraud kasi ung mbank mismo ang nag initiate na tawagan ako para sabihin na parang may irregularities na nangyari. nakakainis pa kasi if nagduda na silang anomalous nga ung transaction, bakit pa nila inaprove ?diba?
