I like the results as well... lupit talaga ng Gogoplata maneuver ni 'Taker once you're caught---you'll have to pass out or tap out... pero bakit may dugo??? Ganun ba talaga para mas dramatic and to make the viewers dread for that move?

Long over-due na yung kay Matt...

Sayang walang ginawang kababalaghan si guest referee Y2J, di pa siya nakakaganti sa dalawang bugoy eh...

Apat na lang for Triple H pareho na sila ni Ric Flair....

^ the blood's just for dramatic effect i guess. the few times i've seen it in an actual MMA fight (it's only been done 3 times as far as i can remember) the one who gets trapped gets choked out. the gogo is basically a choke, cuz the one who slaps it in pulls his opponent's head towards him as his shin traps the opponent's neck.

me seeing the UnderMMAker slap a gogo it's more amazement than dread for me, cuz the other big guy that i've seen slap a gogo is TUF Season 2 runner-up Brad Imes, who's like 6 ft. 8 in or something. the others who have slapped a gogo is Shinya Aoki, who's 5'10, and Nick Diaz, who's 6'1.

So relatively, mas madali mag gogoplata maneuver ang malalaking tao, ganun ba? or otherwise?

Why the "sudden" change of champs?

lol..

anyone but CENA..please..good thing HHH won..more than I expected...

Other acceptable winners for me would be:

2. JBL - Ok sin kapag heel ang champ..palage may excitement sa pagchase sa gold...plus I like the Mic work ni JBL sa mga promos etc. He is entertaining.

3. Orton - Shud have held to the belt longer..kaso baka feeling ng WWE hindi nya madala masyado ang paggng champion.

Cena? Sorry... Never been a fan...but I like one of his songs..yung "right now"

I remember nung pagpunta nila dito noon.. konti lang kme nag boboo kay Cena (may naasar pang bata sakin, as in napikon)..buong Araneta ata eh nagchecheer..pero sa kalagitnaan ng match nila ni ORTON, may naglabas nung banner..sobrang laki, it read "CENA BADING". As in sobra laki..kaso sandali lang nila pinakita. Was not able to take pics though..sayang.

^ otherwise. the fact that the UnderMMAker has no real formal training, he's almost 7 feet tall and he still has the agility to pull off a gogo is amazing. i wouldn't be surprised if it's someone the size of Rey Mysterio or Jamie Noble, but Taker? that is amazing for me.

yey! mick foley is SD's commentator. lol

Randy Orton has asked management for some time off from house shows. This is probably why we have a new champ. The story is that he's burned out. But he'll still be at pay-per-views.

Reason: I don't know. LOL.

i think its because his wife is about to give birth to their first baby. ;)

duh? *Grin*

News:

Balls Mahoney has been released from ECW and WWE.

Rolling Stone magazine reports and stands by its story that Ashley Massaro was among the list of women found in a high class escort agency closed down by the FBI. Massaro vehemently denies this and will take legal action against the said magazine.

Jonathan Coachman's wrestling and commentating days in WWE are ending. His contract expires in a few months and will soon be moving to New York where he was offered a commentating job at ESPN.

Dwayne Johnson has declared that The Rock (and his wrestling past) is dead and buried. He has since dropped 'The Rock' from his name in movie billings. Johnson has no intention to return to wrestling and will focus on acting. Johnson was recently selected as Nickelodeon's favorite movie actor.

Meanwhile, Raw is testing the waters for Mr. Kennedy to turn face with a feud against William Regal. He was also paired up with Triple H in a handicap match against the entire ECW roster. It is obviously a promo for ECW since it celebrates its 100th episode Tuesday.

Vince McMahon endorses the actions of William Regal. This adds on a lot of heel heat on Regal.

Writers are trying to find a storyline for idle Umaga. Without one, he may be sent to Smackdown.

as with every submission hold in any grappling or wrestling art, it's all about being in the right position to apply the hold, the gogoplata is no exception...

i think the reason why the gogo is rarely used by big guys is because of the advantages & disadvantages of their body physics...

advantage: when a big guy is able to slap the hold it's effectivity is doubled because of his longer limbs, it's a long way to go from the shins to where your head is being pulled to...

disadvantages: all big guys are physically slower, it doesn't matter how long or how hard the training is there is always that fraction of a second you'll always be looking for, since the gogo involves unorthodox use of the legs it will takes some time to slap on the hold & big guys rely on the legs purely for support & prefer more upper body activity...
