binabalik ngayon ng WWE ang ECW brand dahil malakas hatak sa fans.

Malakas nga hatak sa fan base ang ECW. Takaw riot din to. It was reported na in ECW one night stand, fans ganged up on one pro-John Cena fan. Kawawang bata hahaha. Pero lately, inaagaw nga ni Vince ang creative control from Heyman. Last tuesday, the 1st half of ECW show was controlled by Heyman, the 2nd Half was under Vince's control. Rumor has it na si Vince ngayon ay parang naging super bossy lately. Power trip nanaman siguro.

Edge&Mick Foley vs Tommy Dreamer&Terry Funk haha grabe sa ECW brutal talagang tables,chairs etc walang bawal haha if only they would do matchups like those in the WWE more often.

 

Pero sa WWE kasi magaganda entrance etc, tas ganda ng script etc.

Sa ECW nga ung mga wrestlers eh audio lang ung etntrance tas simple entrance lang brutal talaga ECW grabe may barbed wire pa

Pero tindi nila Mick Foley nanalo pa talaga sila ni Edge..

Russo was then involved in a very controversial incident with Hulk Hogan. Hogan was booked to lose a match against reigning world champion Jeff Jarrett at Bash at the Beach 2000, and Hogan refused to lose the match invoking his contract's "creative control" clause to override Russo. In the end, Jarrett "laid down" for Hogan, Hogan did a shoot on Russo, put his feet on Jarret, and score the pinfall victory, awarding the belt to Hogan. Russo, though, would come out later in the broadcast and nullify the result of the match, publicly firing Hogan and restoring the title to Jarrett, setting up a new title match between Jarrett and Booker T. Whether or not the whole incident was a "shoot" (real) or a "work" (storyline) is still debated, but Hogan never resurfaced in WCW, and even filed a lawsuit against WCW (which was dismissed in 2002). Russo, on his new promotion's website, claims the whole thing was a "work" with both Hogan and Bischoff in on the deal, but were doublecrossed by Turner executive Brad Siegel, who didn't want to use Hogan anymore because he cost so much to book an appearance with.

RVD & Sabu busted in Ohio for drugs

 

Wrestling stars busted in Hanging Rock

HANGING ROCK - Two wrestling superstars from Extreme Championship Wrestling and World Wrestling Entertainment may be tough in the ring, but they didn't have enough muscle to escape drug charges after being stopped Sunday night by the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

 

Robert Alex Szatowski, aka WWE and ECW champion Rob Van Dam, and Terry Michael Brunk, aka Sabu, also a former ECW champion, were pulled over on U.S. 52, near Patrick Street in Hanging Rock at about 10:15 p.m. The two were apparently driving from their performances at the Big Sandy Superstore Arena earlier in the evening.

 

According to the OSHP, Szatowski was initially stopped for speeding. When troopers approached his vehicle, they smelled marijuana and performed a search. Troopers found the wrestler in possession of 18 grams of marijuana and five Vicodin, prescription pain pills. Brunk was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and also had nine pills that were not immediately identifiable, but were known to be controlled substances, according to the OSHP. Both were cited and posted bond at the scene.

 

Szatowski, of Battle Creek, Mich., has had a long, successful career with both the WWE and ECW. In addition to being the current champion of both, he has been intercontinental champion six times, hardcore champion four times and has been a part of several championship tag team duos.

 

He is scheduled to wrestle tonight on WWE Raw and is also wrestling Tuesday night to retain his WWE and ECW titles during the "Extreme Rules Match" on the Sci-Fi channel.

 

Brunk, who lists his hometown as Bombay, India, on the WWE Web site, has also had a successful career with the ECW, earning world heavyweight championship titles two times and tag team championship honors three times.

 

Both Brunk and Szatowski are scheduled to appear at 10 a.m. Thursday in Ironton Municipal Court. Both wrestlers won their matches last night in Huntington, W.Va. Van Dam defeated the Big Show and Sabu defeated Justin Credible.

Rob Van Dam and Sabu Subject To Termination?

 

In light of the recent arrests of Robert "RVD" Szatkowski and Terry "Sabu" Brunk, it will be interesting to see how WWE handles the matter now that is has been made public. WWE's Substance Abuse and Drug Testing Policy clearly states that any Talent arrested for possession of drugs is subject to immediate dismissal.

 

13. DISCIPLINE FOR VIOLATION OF LAW

 

Any Talent who is arrested, convicted or who admits to a violation of law relating to use, possession, purchase, sale or distribution of prohibited drugs will be in material breach of contract and subject to immediate dismissal.

 

Considering that Szatkowski and Brunk are the two biggest stars on the ECW brand, it should be intriguing to see if these individuals are punished or if WWE will contradict their own drug policy by not terminating their contracts.
