yes... the quality of matches today is very low...

read an article in the net about this issue... fans are not disparaging vince mcmahon... they've been critical towards wwe vice president of talent relations john laurinaitis... formerly a wrestler known as johnny ace... sources say that laurinaitis cajoled mcmahon that bigger stars are what the fans like to see and smaller wresters don't make much money... he is cited to be the reason why guys like charlie haas were released in favor of bigger and less talented wrestlers like chris masters and tyson tomko... the de-pushes of guys like shelton benjamin and christian were also pointed towards laurinaitis...

although maraming nagsasabi na bwiset si johnny ace sa wwe (siya rin ang point of contention ni stone cold, sabi ng iba) di siya masisisi sa push sa mga "bigger stars" dahil si vince mcmahon mayroon talagang inclination sa mga "larger than life characters" tulad nila kane, ut, batista ngayon at nila andre the giant, big john stud, typhoon, earthquake, etc... noon.

In a joint meeting today with the Raw and Smackdown rosters in the United Kingdom, in Sheffield, Vince McMahon announced that within the next several weeks, a new drug testing policy will be implemented in which performance enhancing drugs, such as steroids, etc., recreational drugs, as well as abuse of prescription drugs will be banned.

In addition to the new drug testing procedure, there will also be an emphasis on cardiovascular examinations.
