Is there such a thing? foot cramps? foot strain? or masakit lang paa ko kasi buong buhay ko hindi pa ako tumakbo ng 5km ever (hehe... Eto reklamo ko dati)???? tagawalis Posted October 13, 2008 Share Posted October 13, 2008 guys, ano po mairerecommend nyo na running shoes na malambot ang soles. pagkatapos ko kse mgjogging eh masakit ang paa ko. thanks you need to have your feet/sole tested so that you'll know which type of shoe is appropriate for you... where you need shoes that have control, stability, cushioning, etc ... try going to specialty stores like mizuno (in bonifacio high street), the athletes foot (in glorietta) meron silang equipment that would determine the right shoe for you. you don't have to buy their shoes and at least you will have an idea what to buy next time. also buy your running shoes from specialty stores as the people in these stores are more knowledgeable on the shoes they sell. hope this helps. The common running shoes worn by running enthusiasts are New Balance, Adidas, Mizuno, Asics, and Nike (not necessarily in that particular order). Better if you could have your feet analyzed so you would know the correct shoe to wear whether you are high arc, medium arc, low arc, pronator, heel striker, ball striker, mid striker, road runner, trail runner, cross trainer ... Once you know the type of feet you have then you could look for the type of shoe that would fit you regardless of the brand. Hope this helps. Quote Link to comment
