Im from Cebu and all i can say is :

 

Lechon Cebu..the best..no need for sauce.

 

You also gotta try the puso ( rice cooked in weaved leaves ) and barbeque

 

also...ngo hiong - ( parang lumpia shanghai thats coated with flour and refried.
