xxxxdgnr8xxxx
iverson is all washed up! a drooping hype. a has-been. signing him with the knicks is tantamount to disaster. for the love of God, mr walsh..spare us from another soap opera. dude, that happened almost 10 years ago... ok lang sana kung hindi tumatanda ang mga players. pero i think AI can fit sa d'antoni style of b-ball. yun nga lang, he has to share ball with nate, larry, david, al, eddy and many other ball hogs Quote Link to comment

xxxxdgnr8xxxx
di kelangan ng knicks at knicks fans ang media blitz. all they want is a championship-calibre team. at eto din ang gustong makita ni lebron sa 2010. now, if walsh can't pan that out, then the knicks just havta brush off the idea of rolling out the red carpet for his majesty's entrance to the garden next season coz it ain't gonna happen. the only reason why walsh will sign AI is to give the NYK some media attention. para circus pa rin sila.... jopoc
di kelangan ng knicks at knicks fans ang media blitz. all they want is a championship-calibre team. at eto din ang gustong makita ni lebron sa 2010. now, if walsh can't pan that out, then the knicks just havta brush off the idea of rolling out the red carpet for his majesty's entrance to the garden next season coz it ain't gonna happen. let's face it. the knicks are going nowhere this season. so it would just be better for them to be on the headlines for reasons other than winning. pretty sure, AI wont be given a huge long term contract should he sign up for the knicks. take note, many knicks players have expriring contracts too. this mean one thing, walsh will have shopping money come july. enough to lure in not only lbj, but a good supporting cast as well. (Note: just read that the knicks are not keen in signing AI.) Edited November 20, 2009 by jopoc Quote Link to comment
Eddy Syet
The Knicks never had a true franchise player since Patrick Ewing retired. They badly needed one since. LBJ if ever they can get him to sign will be that guy, if not... They better look for that player fast or this franchise will continue to sail without any direction... xxxxdgnr8xxxx
maybe you mean shooting at the opponent's basket. so?! the buzzer sounded and the 1st quarter was over when nate purposely threw that ball to the nets hoop. t'was funny if you ask me. lighten up, coach d'antoni! Knicks now shooting at own basket! WTF?! Nate Robinson shoots at own basket. Edited November 22, 2009 by xxxxdgnr8xxxx Quote Link to comment
jopoc
D'antoni obviously wants his players to play seriously. even if they are against the lowly nets. i understand d'antoni's reaction. Quote Link to comment

jopoc
hey hey! don't call 'em the lowly nets. the Yankees own them, y'know. being winless after 13 games, the nets must be labeled "lowly". === anyway, they almost won against the celtics in a OT game. impressive game for the knicks. FF
gentlemen ... with most nba threads gone we have now descended to inhabiting the NYK threads. as you may have noticed ... the nba threads are slowly becoming extinct in MTC as the gods este mods have been clamping down mercilessly. not to say that we don't deserve it but haven't we learned ? the insults and insinuations ( serious / petty or otherwise ) have GOT to stop lest ALL the threads be shut down forever. as a jazz fan ... the fact that the knicks are longer the worst in the league ( the honor now goes to the winless nets ) add on to my sadness. well ... here's hoping for the worst ( for the knicks that is ) Quote Link to comment
