MiG-29C
I enjoy city living but I prefer having a house and lot. First, I don't like having chismosas and inggiteros for neighbors. Privacy is important to me. Second, I want my house done and designed just like the way I like it. No space restrictions and structural limitations. I want a house with a nice lawn with landscape and all. Clean and green. And lastly, I wanna have a garage or a basement with my own indoor firing range - a place where I could work and thinker with stuff without bugging the neighbors. Afterall, if you live in a not-so-nice or safe neighborhood, you could always build your fence sky-high. The house doesn't have to be that big, just comfy and spacious enough to cram all the appliances and furnishings. Simple on the outside pero pag pasok, hanep at high tech sa gamit. Plasma TV, a kickass stereo component etc and the kitchen kumpleto sa gamit. There's no way you can do that in a condo. Hehe! Quote Link to comment

wolflove_bigdawg
daming hidden costs ang condo. tapos maliit and maraming restrictions. parang nakaka-claustrophobia tumira sa condo. paano pag nagkasunog ala 9/11, tapos nasa 27th floor ka? nakupooo! mga real estate companies lang kumikita ng malaki sa condo. biruin mo, ilang hundreds of square meters lang, tapos imu multiply ng ilang beses by the number of floors, ayos na! tubong lugaw! este tubong condo pala. samantalang if you buy a house, it's all yours mula langit hanggang sa sentro ng earth (hanggat kaya mong hukayin, hehehe). baka me madiscover ka pang langis! ung iba nga, 50 sq. meters lang yata pero me third floor pa, me basement pa! hehehe. sulit na sulit talaga! THUG
pag bibili kayo ng condo dapat bayaran nyo in cash. pag kinuha nyo sa amortization yan in-house yan. which means yung developer e tutubuan pa yan ng 25% interest per annum. tapos 20 years to pay.. nakupo yari ka! imbes na ang nabayaran mo e 2 million baka abutin ng 10 million pesos pwere pa dyan mga extra fees na malaki like association fees na halos kasingpresyo na ng upa sa bahay. and mahal ang tubig sa condo. in essence, parang di sa yo yung condo kase buwan buwan magka problema ka sa bayarin Quote Link to comment
