Condo Unit Or House & Lot?

House and lot I guess.

whoever said that living in a house and lot is less secure than living in a condo unit didn't get their facts straight. I own both a house and a condo unit and by experience itself mas marami di ka aya aya mga nakakapasok sa condo unit kaysa sa isang subdivision provided that the house you're living in is situated inside a subdivision where it's a gated community with 24 hrs roaming guards and neighbors who you practically know unlike sa condo unit it's more like getting in, resting then getting out. Sa condo the prices go down due to competition from fellow unit owners who are also trying to sell or rent out their place whereas a house it's totally different, the lot alone increases in value and will pay for itself in due time when you plan to sell it. There is also a sense of exclusivity and uniqueness when living inside a house and no need to ask permission if pets are allowed.
