Mang Joe
I'd probably get a condo and have it rented out or for future use. Nothing beats having your own house and lot though Quote Link to comment
retriever
single - condofamily - house in village Quote Link to comment

redblack
house and lot, that can fit a couple of trees...iba pa rin yong room to move around in. kahit na suburbs or malayo ng konti sa manila. Quote Link to comment
The Dean
CONDO UNIT DEFINITELY, I'M A VERY PRACTICAL PERSON Quote Link to comment
markmdr
I live in a condo unit right now... in the heart of Makati, and I find it very convenient, since I could be in and around a place, in a matter of minutes... its convenient also especially when I have to leave, I just lock everything up.... the admin in our building is impeccable, needless to say that everyone greets you when they see you.... they even come and pick up the trash in the morning and in the evening. Maintenance and security around the clock.... Security is very tight! But, ultimately I would live in a house and lot in a nearby village.... I find Ayala Alabang too far and big to be wandering around in... It'll take you atleast 30 mins to grab something in the grocery or the nearest mini-stop Quote Link to comment
ghost31
House and lot pa rin. Iba yung feeling na parang may territory kang pinoprotektahan. Besides, you can always maintain a garden or a vegetable patch pag may lot ka. Parang mas relaxing dahil hindi kulob. Quote Link to comment
Pittman
HOuse and Lot pa rin. Sa condo maliit na, you have to pay separately for the parking. And pag madami nang tenants, para kayong nasa mass housing. However, for investment purposes, pwde na rin ang condo. Quote Link to comment
pektong
house and lot pa rin siyempre... pag gumuho yang condo bldg mo wala ka na ring condo ehehe... Quote Link to comment
MRROUGHSEX
If to choose only one between house or condo , i'd go for condo unit in a high-rise building. The reason is selection options. There's more to select from where it is most convenient for the entire family. Quote Link to comment
sfstudmuffin
I'll be getting a Condo soon (just to start out) and then probably get a townhome later in life. Getting a house and lot is ideal but involves alot of work (maintaining the garden/lawn.....and then here in the US, the snow in the winter). Quote Link to comment
Seishi
House and lot... para may garage and garden Quote Link to comment
