Condo Unit Or House & Lot?

Im living in Davao so I prefer House and Lot but if ever I am assign in M.M. condo will be a good choice. :cool:

a house with 4 rooms, FA 350 and LA 400.and its impossible in makati unless you're in forbes that is. ive been living in an apartment for the past 3 years..my things are growing too..so i guess a big house with a lanai and i prefer old houses..with a rock garden and a big powder room and an attic

If i have enough cash, I still prefer house and lot. Land appreciates, while building depreciates. But with my lifestyle and money availability, am now living in a condo..

I don't want to move out of my parents' house...I get all the freedom I want, and the best food on the table with that.

 

...but my lifestyle now says that a condo suits me good.
