Condo Unit Or House & Lot?

uhm kung para sa akin lang, ok na ang condo unit pero kung may family na ako mas gusto ko yung house and lot

House and lot. Para makapag-garden. Para makapag-alaga ng dogs. Para mapataasan ng 2nd hanggang 3rd floor. Maraming pwedeng gawing renovation when it's your own space. Pero kung may magbibigay ng condo unit, pwede rin naman yun.
