You have your house, AND your own lot. even if the house is gone, you still own the lot. not the case with condo units, once the building is gone, your property is gone as well. Although these days, its very hard to spot affordable and good house and lot deals here in manila. Condo might also be fine with me as long as its low rise (security precautions such as earthquakes and the like) Just my two cents, everyone :-) Quote Link to comment
