Insecurity saka it is really annoying if kapag pinuna yung katabaan lalo na if they say na you should lose weight even though dahil sa concerned sila. Mahirap kasi maghanap ng motivation to lose weight. Depende rin siguro sa tao kung pano niya dalhin yung sarili niya. In my pic here sa MTC I was around 80kgs but now I lost 7kgs na and counting. Maraming changes for me (self-confidence) aside sa stretch marks lol

Obesity has many causes. Most common of which is low self esteem. A lot of people are obese because eating is an outlet for them. They are sensitive and insecure to begin with; that's why they continuously eat. Pero marami akong kilala na gym rats with buffed physique who are equally touchy. I guess fat guys do not have a monopoly of this thing.

mataba akong tao pero i practice good hygiene. Ligo at hilod ng maigi, sipilyo ng maigi, gamit ng deodorant tapos cologne parati. Yung iba nga, mapa-lalaki or babae, ang gaganda ng korte ng katawan pero amoy anghit naman.

 

Pag may nagtatanong sa kin ng "hindi ka ba nahihirapan sa timbang mo?" sagot ko naman "oo nahihirapan naman.. at ako lang naman ang nagsa-suffer at hindi naman kayo."

Not all. I have friends who are big but very confident. Generally, I think it has its roots on the social stigma attached to being on the heavy side. No one wants someone to point out an unpopular attribute that they have.

You would be if you are ridiculously fat. Forget the implications. Forget the excuses and justifications. It simply is not good to look at. It is associated with poor health.

Is it a truth that fat people are sensitive....if so, then i would assume it is because of negative stereotypes like fat are lazy, or stinky, or slow, etc.

For sure they have a lot of insecurities. My best friend is fat and I notice that he shys away from certain topics and that includes personal appearances.
