How Do You Keep Yourself Young

Very simple... take it from these lines:

 

God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,

courage to change the things I can,

and the wisdom to know the difference.

 

Accepting that there are things you cannot change (traffic, for instance) and learning to deal with them will help you avoid unnecessary stress and tension. Believe me, it works...

In my case, I only deal with stressful things at the moment they come up, same with problems. I don't keep on thinking bout them coz' problems that bring out stress in my life are persistent and always stay in our life. So, one should deal with it at it happen and not stick to it. That way, you will not only feel at peace most of the time, but it will keep you looking young and stress - free...

Work out is the best weapon to look young... Sweat it out even just for once a week, 2-3 hours will be enough.

 

A 30 min brisk walk every day also helps, Specially 30-1 hr after a meal, Can't do it in the morning, have it in the evening, its

 

just the same... Its better if you're already tired bu not too tired ok... it'll build your stamina...

 

Drink water to detoxify your inner body naturaly, Actually its the toxics in the body that makes the skin look "old", so drink.

 

But do not deprive your self of few alcohol sometimes, its also good for the body.

 

And of course sexercise and positive emotions, the more you entertain negative emotions the more you'll look old.

 

Look at those happy couples, don't they look young?!? I thinks they are...

 

And unfortunately i am struggling to get my self "singled-out"

 

Any ladies out there wanna go for a sexercise with me? hehehe!

Lots of anti-oxidants. I'm getting my 3rd cup of coffee now. :D

 

 

Think again... too much of anti oxidants can k*ll or deplete some vital nutrients...

 

As they say anything too much is bad, any thing too less is unaccepteble...

 

Balance it dude... a cup of coffee i s enough...

1. Stay out of the sun. If you can't, use appropriate sunblock

2. Avoid stress. think positive (avoid negative people)

3. regular exercise (cardio-vascular endurance + resistance training)

4. at least 6-8 hours sleep. take naps

5. load up on vitamins & supplements

6. detox, exfoliate

7. regular medical and dental check ups

8. balanced diet (go fish, fruits, veggies, whole grains, white meat)

9. NO SMOKING

10. NO PROHIBITED DRUGS

11. DO PLAY

12. LOTS OF SEX
