I believe the top 2 imports all-time hands-down are Billy Ray "The Black Superman" Bates and Tony "The Hurricane" Harris.

 

Bates would go #1 due to his consistency and showmanship but Harris' one season domination is enough to put him in solid #2.

 

I would love to see again Harris' games. It's just unbelievable. I could not believe it's really happening. He's patented play is get the ball from the half-court, move towards the sides then explode to the basket. OR get the ball from the half-court and shoot it from there with great accuracy. Unfu*@#ingbelievable!

 

If he scores 50 points, that's low already. Haha!
