By the way, you messaged me if i live anywhere, I live OUTSIDE the Philippines, 45k miles away from where you are.

We have a condo in the Philippines and a house in the US. We take advantage of the good things that each has to offer. We travel to Manila 2 to 3 times a year. The rest of the time we are in the US or traveling somewhere around the world.

I like to live in an island and that is my Pinas.  I just wish Pinas is like Hawai’i. Better infrastructures and people are more respectful to the environment and of one another with the ohana spirit.  But life going into the 21st century has become more complicated because of Us, humans. But we have hope and the ability to change for the better. So act now.

Used to live in the States, now residing in Ph. Each has its pros and cons, but due to the current situation in both countries, would rather be here.

Would love to emigrate somewhere else though.

Living abroad as an OFW has its good poings and negative impact. Yes pay is way better than in the Philippines 5x -10x more with all your needs provided by the company.

However, consequence is that you would miss your family for 1 or 2 years.. If you have an ambition in life then being an OFW suits you.
