If I were to propose a law, I would propose that a bus company have all their bus units suspended for a month when one of its units gets caught three times. It may be harsh but it will definitely improve traffic since the bus drivers will think twice of getting caught once the suspension is lifted. These undisciplined bus drivers are the main cause of clogging in the major thoroughfares like Edsa.

I think we have enough laws already. It's just a matter of implementation. Being an eco advocate(most days I am), I'd like to propose something about waste segregation/waste management. I'm all for sustainable development. It has never been a priority but it's serious business.

Dapat Death penalty na lahat ng crimes and violations kahit na gaano kagaan or kabigat yung kasalanan. Yung ayaw s ganito ibig sabihin lang di nya kayang magpakatino at sumunod. Kung maraming pinoy ang "ayaw" ibig sabihin lang wla na pagasa umayos ang pinas.

Whistle-blower reward

 

I've heard stories of ghost employees numbering in the hundreds. But why would anyone risk their skin to rat out a big fish? Give reward to informants of large-scale corruption. Our gov't. gives a percentage to treasure hunters for recovered treasure. Law enforcers also give out rewards to informants for helping catch high-profile criminals. What happens if the govt gives out a percentage of recovered loot? Rats vs. snakes.
