guapa
God will only answer the prayer if it will be for the benefit of the one praying. I dont think He will answer prayers that will cause harm to anybody. He knows what is good for us and He gives it to us in due time. :hypocritesmiley: Quote Link to comment
ms_amberfilter
i myself have experienced God's miraculous powers... i won't put it in detail but it's really amazing..believe you me... God really works in mysterious and miraculous ways    "CALL TO ME AND I WILL ANSWER YOU AND TELL YOU GREAT ANDUNSEARCHABLE THINGS YOU DO NOT KNOW" Jeremiah 33:3 God does answer our prayers even before we ask of it, He already has an answer, our goal is to know God's will in our situations. We pray, asking of what we thinkwould be better for us, and yet God has the BEST waiting for you all along. "But Seek First His kingdom and righteousness and all these things will be given to you as well" Matthew 6:33 Quote Link to comment
ms_amberfilter
What about the number of prayers offered that resulted in nothing?  I too have unanswered prayers, but then I am always reminded of these verses in the bible.. "Consider it pure joy my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know the testing of your faith develops perseverance. Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature andcomplete, not lacking anything" James 1:2-4 Continue believing and trusting God.. In Him nothing is impossible..Our thoughts can not be measured up with His, He has his own ways very much different from ours, His are always the BEST and GREATEST, He is God after all.. Let's persevere!
