You can resign 2. sakyan mo na lang at pakisamahan mo ang mga ka workmates mo. Quote Link to comment

Guest airmax
Ang hirap kasi sa ganitong profession. You're expendable. Kahit ba sabihin natin u rendered service for 10 years in this call center. tapos on your 11th year medyo hindi maganda performance mo just like that iteterminate ka nila parang bale wala sa kanila ung ginawang mong mabubuti for 10 years. Parang NBA team din eh. Hehehe. Quote Link to comment
Immortal666
@airmax: I think what the call center industry really demands out of its people is for them to be constantly on their toes, to always strive to improve, not be complacent and rest on their past achievements and be continously productive. The call center industry really put management principles such as being performance-based into good use. Quote Link to comment

Guest kicx
i used to work sa call center ok naman yung pay para sa mga entry level, pero grabe naman yung conflict and pressure. gusto nila customer satisfaction and at the same time you can't spend a lot of time sa isang client. so ano ba talaga kuya? hehe tapos meron pa ako naging officemate, ang work nya is to monitor and report lang about customer satisfaction sa client, sus grabe sa sobrang stress hindi na dinatnan. kawawa nga sobra eh Quote Link to comment

xcholox
Dude, Relationships (kahit yung mababaw like wok rel'n) can and should only be worked out by confronting the person you don't like regarding what you don't like about him/her. Mag resign ka, talo ka dahil ikaw pa nawalan ng trabaho dahil sa kany/kanila. Maki sama ka without expressing what you really think/feel, mas talo ka dahil titiisin mo sila. Tumahimik ka na lang, baka maloko ka, so make sure hindi ka hahawak ng baril. Quote Link to comment
