As long as you do the exercises (ie. like pushups, jumping jacks, mountain climbers, etc) with proper form to prevent injuries. kal12591 Posted May 13, 2014 Share Posted May 13, 2014 Cross train. Alternate workouts between swim, bike and run. Learned this from my coach while training for triathlon. Mas mabilis daw mabuild ang endurance and stamina which equals better cardio if you do cross training. Quote Link to comment
