the choco cakes from Dezzets in Toronto...damn to die for talaga

am looking forward to that cake from porto's ;)

sis. portos is good. but the old fashioned chocolate cake at patticakes in pasadena is ... to die for.

its four layers of devil's food cake with a white chocolate mousse center and glazed with dark chocolate ganache.

their raspberries `n creme is also pretty good ...

a dark chocolate flourless cake with light whipped cream and raspberries in it... wrapped in a white or dark chocolate band and topped with chocolate shavings...

sigh

visit their site at... patticakes desserts

you can also check out portos

try the choco motherlode cake ng claim jumper, it's really HUGE!!!

where is this located?

had the molten chocolate cake @ chilis... its pretty  ;)

I had one of the best chocolate cake ive ever had over the weekend. Its, ironically from a Steak House called The Strip House.

Its 12 thin layers of chocolate cake with various chocolate fillings in between, ranging from a deep dark filling to a sweetish milk chocolate spread. It was topped by a dark chocolate ganache.... They didnt even have to put icing on the sides of the cake, just the top. It was THAT rich and gooey. Truly a slice of heaven on earth...
