clitlicker Posted December 2, 2005 Share Posted December 2, 2005 It's true that Sun does have a cut-off of 15 minutes. But remember the adage- "a few words well spoken delivers the maximum effect". The only way that you need to speak more than 15 mintues then get to the nearest landline. I feel "unwise" to use up more than that time to clarify something or to give instructions. It would mean bigger bills. Without the excessive bills perhaps, I don't need to have other sidelines? Heh-heh! It's not necessary a proof that Globe doesn't give out payments to NPA that's why their towers are getting blown to bits. The NPAs do not announce that such destruction was their own making, did they? Perhaps, the bombings and destruction were done by disgruntled employees or even former subscribers? Pero they did improve a lot than a few months back. Sana they'll continue to improve before my contract with their service ends. Antonio Cojuanco, former CEO of PLDT and concurrent bigwig at ABC channed 5 has announce that they will also go into cellphone service soon! Come to think about it- that's the way they should charge local calls too! That's why the local telecoms such as Smart and Globe makes a ton of money by rounding up to the minute! :thumbsdownsmiley: They can easily beat Sun's 24/7 by changing they way they charge from rounding off per minute to pulse system. Just think of the savings it will generate their subscribers! This was discussed during a senate hearing. But did the telecom companies relent? Nope! Guess they're just plain GREEDY! :grr: At least sa Smart, they make it up by changing their subscribers' cell in every 1 1/2 years before the subscription ends. Eh sa Globe? You won't notice any promotional gimmicks because they won't tell you that one exist. You'll find it out when the promo expires! Galing talaga ang Globe! PWEH! :sick: By the way, it's my 10th month anniversary since I cancelled ALL my cell phone service with Globe! Dati mas magaling yun globe nung bago lang sila pero nalagpasan na sila ng smart. mas marami subscriber ang smart ngayon kaysa globe. Mas maganda pag chinese may ari ng telecommunication mas magaling humawak ng negosyo. Mahirap din magplan sobrang mahassle marami hidden charges. tingnan nyo sun chinese may ari. galing d b. pero hindi ako gumagamit ng sun. pag may ka relationship na lng ulit. utak ng sun ksi pag may sun syota mo sigurado na mag susun ka din. eh kung tatlo fling mo eh d sun lahat yun. dalawa cel ko smart and globe. yung globe minsan ko lng loadan. yung smart palagi.
