pwede po itong diet na ito?

 

kasi nag work ako sa call center from 3am to 12 noon so medyo nakakagutom

 

 

moring pwede apple juice lang

pag break within 2 hours pwede isang saging

pag lunch 1 cup rice

merienda saging ulit

sa dinner 1 cup rice ulit

 

 

anung apple juice ang pwede? pwede ba yung sa tetra pack lang?

 

di rin maiwasan yung uminum e

try low fat cereals in the morning.

apple for ur morning break.

chicken sandwich (wheat bread) for lunch (or substitute organic rice for bread).

nuts for ur afternoon break/ banana

canned tuna for dinner + organic rice

 

just limit your selection to the ff:

1. chicken breast (minus the skin)

2. lean beef - sirloin, top round cut,

3. lean pork

4. veal

5. egg whites (max 2 yolks per wk)

6. beans

7. canadian bacon

8. fish

9. seafoods (in moderation since they contain fat as well)

10. green and leafy veggies

11. tofu

 

avoid or limit intake:

1. fruit juices

2. "isotonic" juices, e.g., Gatorade, or electrolytes (take them ONLY when you need them..like during workout or exercise)

3. sugars and sweeteners

4. processed food

5. pastries, cakes, ice creams, and the like

6. salty foods like "junk" foods

 

prefer roasting, steaming, boiling, blanching as cooking methods over frying. if u must fry ur food, use canola oil. use salt sparingly. to get more taste from food, use herbs than MSG and salt.

eto ang diet ko pag weekdays, pag weekends kumakain ako sa labas..

 

breakfast: half-bowl oatmeal (no suga/no milk)

1 sandwich (wheat bread with sugar-free strawberry jam)

1 glass skim milk

 

snack: 1 sandwich (wheat bread with sugar-free strawberry jam)

 

lunch: chicken breast (broiled or steam) or sometimes 1 can tuna (hot and spicy lite version)

1 glass skim milk

 

snacK: 1 glass skim milk

: 1 sandwich (wheat bread with sugar-free strawberry jam)

 

dinner: 1 can tuna (hot and spicy lite version)

: 1 glass skim milk

 

ok lang ba itong diet ko guys?
