"isotonic" juices, e.g., Gatorade, or electrolytes (take them ONLY when you need them..like during workout or exercise)3. sugars and sweeteners4. processed food 5. pastries, cakes, ice creams, and the like6. salty foods like "junk" foods prefer roasting, steaming, boiling, blanching as cooking methods over frying. if u must fry ur food, use canola oil. use salt sparingly. to get more taste from food, use herbs than MSG and salt.
