I just watched angelina jolie in taking lives...man i have to be that thin!!!! btw, mas masarap mag daydream ng nakaupo at nakaharap sa books...d halata e. hahahahaa <{POST_SNAPBACK}> hi batibut, ako naman i watched angelina sa mr. & mrs. smith... grabe sexy talaga yung gurl na yun!!! sobra!!!! ako ngayon i make it a habit to do crunches everyday... ginagawa ko while watching TV... im making it a part of my daily routine di lang pag nagwowork out ako... this way i think i can maintain a flat stomach... no carbs is good... pero baka maubusan ka ng energy... pick your carbs na lang kung pwede... some carbs kasi are good for us naman and wont add to your tummy/puson... hope this helps! byeeeeeeeeeee :cool: Quote Link to comment

Sa south beach all carbs are bawal sa phase 1. Sa phase 2, you're supposed to re-introduce good carbs into your system. I think these are like high fiber carbs like whole wheat and multi-grain bread, brown rice, yung matagal madigest. You can look it up sa net may list dun sa site ng southbeach. murusame Posted June 23, 2005 Share Posted June 23, 2005 Mga Tol, working yours abs may partially help pero the fact that your abs are covered with fat, and crunches simply work your abs making it strong, hard and big does not really burn the fat. Weight training, diet, and a little cardio will ultimately shrink you gut. When doing weight training, basically you have to train your biggest mucles with the max weight your body will allow you (dapat comportable ka sa weight not to light tama lang). The more your big muscles work the more energy it needs to burn thus using your fat as energy after 15-20 minutes of workout pagkatapos mo gamitin young carbs and CP(Creatine Phosphate in your body) Mas maganda siguro kung low carb diet ka, para fat kaagad ang nauutilized ng mucles mo. Also before weight training a good 10-15 minute high intensity cardio will heat up your body. With all these in mind importante talaga and disiplina. Remember no white rice, White bread, Pasta (Best bread to eat is whole grain, NOT whole wheat). Also tingnan niyo rin ang Ketosis or Atkins diet (It works basta wag lang aabusuhin). Do all these things and you will see significant results in 3-4 weeks maybe even 2 weeks basta disiplinado ka. Quote Link to comment

probpt Posted June 30, 2005 Share Posted June 30, 2005 para mas effective, do your cardio first thing when you wake up. dont eat muna. run, box, or whatever cardio excersise it is you do, tapos have breakfast. kase pag nagworkout kayo after eating what you burn is the calories na you just took in. excersising on an empty stomach makes you burn fat better. and dont over-do your abs, or any muscle group for that matter. you need to rest your muscles. so tip ko, focus on a different group everyday. like monday, chest, biceps, and triceps; tuesday, cardio and abs; wed, legs and back; thursday, cardio and abs, friday, forearms, calves etc. sat and sun, rest. tapos ulit ulit. limit or eliminate carbs (though you need it talaga), eat protien rich food (egg whites, low fat milk, lean beef, fish etc.). and most of all, discipline and determination. So just one smooth motion lang targeted na lahat ng ab muscles, all you have to do is to do side crunches. If you really want to have firm abs limit fat and carbo intake. You can eat every 2 hours basta small amount lang, or everytime you feel hungry. Oatmeal in the morning is enough carbo for a day, green vegy sour fruits (limit all sweets kahit fruits pa yan) and lots of protein. Bawal kumain 2 hours before you sleep, so kung 10 ka matutulog kahit 8 pwede pa kumain, basta remember, no carbs, fat and sweets, you'll only take carbs early in the morning. I don't have a 6 pack abs but I have a lean body, parang kay Jerry Yan ng meteor garden, o diba? ASTIG! Quote Link to comment
