Pano Ba Paliitin Ang Tyan

thanks...buti na lang d ko binili... :blush:  pero mukang ok siya kasi e.  mejo scientific pa nga yung presentation nung product e....haay!

 

 

You just can't imagine how much profit these guys are getting from people

who believed that there's an easy way to build such fine abs. Ang dami ng

lumabas na mga designs na AB cruchers. Puro backed up pa by scientific studies and

endorsed by well known fitness celebrities and athletes. Just do your regular floor

exercise or buy yourself a swiss ball. Its more effective for ab exercise.

Kalokohan lang yan ball na yan.. mamaya magkamali ka pa ng pagbalance, magka-bangas ka pa sa mukha. :P Pero sa Toby's nakita ko yang pakalat-kalat lang dun.. kala ko nga mahal eh kaya sinilip ko yun price. ;)

 

Krunches and leg raise na lang....... sistah. :rolleyes: :lol: Yoga mat na lang bilhin mo. :D

thanks sistah...friendship talaga kita! pero kasi d naman ako pareho mo na natural hour glass ang shape ng body e... ;) at wala akong time mag-gym ngayon! :P

 

may yoga mat na ako..pano ba gamitin yon?!?!?! Nyaaaaah! :boo: :boo: :boo:

two things:

1. less carbo intake, high protein diet

2. exercise - you don't need gadgets for this. jogging is very, very effective.

it will remove the excess fats of your belly, then sit ups to shape your abs.

i suggest you buy a book for abs exercises (there is one in power books)

1. diet:

2 cups of rice per day (max)

2 boiled or raw eggs per day (white only)

high amounts of meat especially fish

veggies

 

2. exercise

jogging for 30 mins to one hour

abs exercises

I saw this product they're selling on the tv shopping network called abswing.  Has anyone tried it? Does it really work?  It claims to work out all abdominal muscles and isolates them so no strain sa back.  Supposedly the work out you get is equivalent to working out in 6 different kinds of ab machines working the lower and upper abs and the obliques.  It seemed too good to be true but I was really tempted to buy it....

 

 

I dunno about the abswing.......But about 3 weeks ago I bought myself an "AB KING PRO"

 

I've been using it for around 15 days straight......It actually works :)

 

Nagkaroon na ng shape yung tiyan ko(I'm starting to see pandesal like shapes :P ) :D Its starting to look like abs :D dati kasi parang bola eh :D

 

Ramdam ko talaga yung impact sa abdominal muscles ko.......

 

For me, its easier than sit-ups kasi wala masyadong impact sa lower back eh :)

back to topic.. yun rice, wag isang kaldero ang kainin kse malakas makalaki ng tyan yun. :P

uy blacket e yung pasta at bread? nakakalaki rin ng tyan yon d ba? which is worse rice or bread or pasta? grabe kailangan ko na pumayat!!! no joke d na ko kasya sa thin jeans ko!!!! Waaaaaah!

white bread is worst.. kain ka ng kain, walang feeling of fullness.. hence, mas maraming ka tuloy nakakain.. puro carbo yun! ganun din ang rice.. napaparami kain mo ng rice lalo na pag masarap ang ulam. I think ang logic ng south beach diet kung bakit no carbs for 2 weeks kse para mawala ang cravings mo.. nakaka-crave kse ang carbs (pansin ko lang ha).. kahit di ka gutom, gusto mo pa rin kumain parang addict ba.

 

pinaka-ok siguro sa tatlo yun pasta.. ;) pero kung pwede lang, mas okey na wheat bread kainin mo para sa carbs mo (I'll recommend balanced diet pa rin.. kumpleto ang carbs, protein pero minimal lang dapat sa fat tska gulay syempre).

ok no carbs ako this week! i'll see how fast ako pumayat. I just watched angelina jolie in taking lives...man i have to be that thin!!!!

 

btw, mas masarap mag daydream ng nakaupo at nakaharap sa books...d halata e. hahahahaa :wub: :wub: :wub:
