it's simply diet and exercise are the best combined options.....i used to have a beer belly of 36-37 waistline 3 years back, now it's only 33......my target is 31-32 inches....less intake on carbo such as rice (make it half rice only per meal)...take 5-6 small meals per day instead of 3 big meals, diet should be hgh in protein diet and low in carbo, lots of vegetables, fish/chicken (no pork as much as possible) and lots of fruits .....no sugar, no sweets, no soda, occasional beer....lots of water (at least 3-4 liters daily)......alternate cardio and weights for 6x a week in a 90-minute session.....at 5'9 height with 175 lbs, buffed with some muscles in the right places ....i feel great!!!.
