brutal_truth Posted January 19, 2006 Share Posted January 19, 2006 i read college books when i was about 6 or 7 years old. mga libro ng mga tita ko, so at an early age i learned about rizal (Philippine Insitutions), pepe and pilar (from my tita who was in gradeschool then), and some spanish. tsunade Posted January 20, 2006 Share Posted January 20, 2006 Ahhh I remember my mom scolding me for buying books then and reading with a flashlight... hehe... but I started out reading my brothers' old literature textbooks with Poems and Short Stories of Poe, Yeats and Browning plus of course Shakespeare's Sonnets... I didn't know what they meant with the Thous and O'ers... but I liked reading them. Then I discovered Judith Krantz and Mario Puzo... what a childhood. Quote Link to comment
