s_cebu
darling, i don't think the village is still open. and by the way, where's the courtyard? To experience the real Cebu, visit the oldest street. Colon. Watch out for snatchers and holduppers though. When you go there, just bring enough cash and leave your ATM and other important things in your hotel room. Try going to Carbon and Pasil. Just don't forget your hankies! Isn't courtyard the open space inside The Village before where concerts are held, saucybabe? And that's gotta be a wild experience, hair raising and heart beating!!! :boo: Quote Link to comment
saucybabe
@s_cebu, that's what i thought so too... courtyard was in the village. i was thinking that maybe OSOM knows that they have transferred. @rich_beem, maraming gimick places dito. just make sure you have a friend who's a local para may guide ka. grinchx452
First stayed at Tambuli in '92. The place was still undergoing construction. I was in a bungalow type room. During dinner at the resort, GRO's from the near by KTV paraded around inviting guests. On my last night, I had a "guest". Went back to Cebu in '94 and stayed at Cebu Plaza Hotel. My boss was a friend of the PAGCOR/Casino manager. Purely business trip and just overnight. Meron pa ba nito? Returned to Tambuli in 2001 and the place had a major facelift. It had improved its facilities. Nice quiet weekend. In 2004, I stayed for about 4 days/3 nights at Waterfront right across the airport. My trip concentrated in Mactan proper and the hotel served its purpose. Will try Shangri-la or Plantation Bay this year if I managed to get some leave. Quote Link to comment
