moichi
hello there!have clients going to cebu. i believe they'll be staying at the shangri-la mactan. they'll be having a conference there. now, my problem is: i need to arrange for their entertainment during their off hours. i had several suggestions from friends. golf, city tour (historical sites and museums) and mall tour. am thinking of having water sports eg. diving, snorkeling, paragliding, etc. are these available? what about other tours aside from those above? any suggested place/s to go? hilars888
Madami pa namn hotels na ok dyn like Hilton (malapit sa shang), Crown regency sa Lapu-Lapu... I don't think na mapupuno lhat yan.....Maribago is a gud place to dive, malapit nasa shores ang mga corals! Quote Link to comment
bjbingo
naghahanap ako ng magandang resort pero yung mura lang presyo sa CEBU Quote Link to comment
mitchkim
just back from cebu. stayed at the shang. I think this is the best hotel in the whole country. enjoy ung kids. fish feeding right on the beach.another 50 meters from shore, we went snorkling a the view was fantastic. Big and colorful fishes swim right by you and you caN FEED them by hand if youbring some bread which the staff will give you for the purpose.expensive but worth it. Quote Link to comment
dodonger
open na ba marco polo? Quote Link to comment
go bill
open na ba marco polo?<{POST_SNAPBACK}> I'm pretty sure the Marco Polo in Cebu is already open. I know a few people who will be staying there this weekend. By the way, I think Cebu will be packed with doctors this weekend as there are 3 groups that will be holding their conventions there this week! Quote Link to comment
escorear
like sa TOPS.....am not sure still existing today....its been awhile.... Quote Link to comment
caladryl
yes Marco Polo is open already they just have their grand opening last April 27. Hirap talaga book sa mga airlines ngayon halos full lahat and mahal na ang price. nothing new to visit in cebu puro new eating places pa lamang.Sana magkaroon na ng theme park dito. Well if the resorts in Cebu are full then try the resorts in Bantayan Island. Its around 3 to 4 hours from Cebu and the beaches there are greatjust like boracay minus the crowd. But be sure to call them first they might be full also. Quote Link to comment
maxsting
I just spent my holy week in Cebu. Had a lot of fun. Marco Polo is open and we tried the buffet there it was worth it at 600 bucks that time coz it was soft opening I just dont know if the price is the same. We also got the day trip package of Shang Mactan. 2K you could swim in the pools, beach. and includes buffet lunch in Tides sarap ng food!! Its worth it! Of course nothing beats Cebu lechon!! Kaya nag uwi ako ng 1 whole for 3K. Then if your a fitness first member there is one in Ayala ganda ng gym dun. Enjoy!! Quote Link to comment
alexaroo
is it true that cebu is much nicer than boracay? (less touristy) Quote Link to comment
Guest REBEL_CHIC
is it true that cebu is much nicer than boracay? (less touristy)<{POST_SNAPBACK}> true. if you are a party person boracay is better but if you want heavenly place, no noise, clean air, beautiful views try bantayn island. i recommend ogtong cave. very expensive but the accommodation is so great. hilars888
Last time I was here Crown regency in maximo st. lapu lapu is offering 800+Php per day with garage and kitchen units. This is a good option for the ro-ros who are staying for a longer period than usual....also check out the spa on the top floor of crown regency Quote Link to comment
