Green Lantern
Interesting!I had a patient who experienced this to a point that she would use it as a gauge in determining how good it was.If she did not experience a headache post coitus, she did not believe that she reached a desirable level of satisfaction. As for your case, this may be a manifestation of slight depression.I strongly recommend that you take a good long break or vacation and take time to smell the flowers. Baguio is wonderful this time of the year - cool and serene Quote Link to comment

TX
kung lagi ka daw nagbubuhat ay malaki chance mababaog ka.pano yung nag gygym kung di ka raw nagsupporterboxers lang tapos nagbubuhat mabibigatgano ka bigat ang bawal? Quote Link to comment
taz31
^ang effect ng sobrang pagbubuhat ng mabibigat or straining is magkaka hernia (luslos) ka. this is caused by weakening of your abdominal muscles such that part of your abdominal contents (pwedeng intestines) may protrude into your scrotal pouch (bayag). now, ang nakakatakot pag nangyari to is pwedeng ma incarcerate yung inetstines mo, meaning pwedeng mawalan sila ng blood supply and mabulok. So ingat and go see a doctor if you feel a lump in your groin. as to yung pagkabaog, i don't think it's a big ocncern unless your hernia is big enough to block your spermatic cord or the tubes that transmit your sperm. Ingat lang sa pagbubuhat and buhatin lang ang kaya ng katawan. cheers! Quote Link to comment
Green Lantern
I concur with taz31. I would think that the origins of this myth/misnomer are anecdotal Quote Link to comment

taz31
^please tell your friend to see a specialist for his condition (urologist). and wag pong basta bastang iinom ng meds na hindi binigay/prescribed by your doctor. yung discharge niya needs to be sent to the lab for examination to know kung anong bacteria ang cause ng tulo. then ur doctor will give you the right meds for your illness. and most importantly, wear condom to protect urself and your partner! Peoples
To all the docs in the house: Can STD be transmitted through BBBJ (no condom BJ)? What are the types of STD's that can be acquired by engaging in unprotected BJ? The reason I'm asking is because I've read some conflicting opinions (not those of a doctor's though) and I would like to get an answer from someone who really knows, ie a doctor. Thanks much! Sorry if this was already asked before. I'm just too much in a rush to backread. But I'd appreciate any answer in any case Quote Link to comment

But I'd appreciate any answer in any case There are many different factors that can affect transmission of any disease, including STD's (sexually trasmitted diseases). Without going into too much technical details, the short answer to your question is YES. All kinds of STD's can indeed by transmitted via unprotected oral sex. The risk is somewhat lower, but the risk is there, nonetheless. Quote Link to comment

The Buyer
If you suspect yourself of having a STD...where do you get your doctor? Would it be a good idea going to the major hospitals and getting a doctor for infectious disease...or go to the doctors who "specialize" in STDs...like the ones posted in the newspapers...but has very questionable addresses...what's your inputs? sprakendoitz
Help! Need immediate advice!. How does one treat external genital warts? Any OTC drug that i can avail sa mercury drug? Million thanks! Sprakendoitz MD here, You cant just treat genital warts on your own.. i recommend consulting a dermatologist.. Genital warts are very tough to treat.. theres no easy medicine you can take to make it go away.. a derma could have it cauterized "or burned off in a manner of speaking".. using electro-cautery or "Frozen off" using cryotherapy.. or alternatively she can teach you how to apply salycilic acid on the warts daily that will cause it to regress over a period of 4-8 weeks.. there's a new treatment you can see in malls where they offer this expensive treatment that will get rid of warts fast, i think they apply this extract from the cashew nut that will irritate tissue causing it to regress or "burn off".. they're made studies in UP and they say it is effective.. i dont recommend applying these things on yourself without a dermatologist first demonstrating and guiding you on the treatment.. hope that helped Quote Link to comment

Would it be a good idea going to the major hospitals and getting a doctor for infectious disease...or go to the doctors who "specialize" in STDs...like the ones posted in the newspapers...but has very questionable addresses...what's your inputs? STD's are very easy to treat and easily recognizable.. you dont have to find a urologist.. you can go to any Family Medicine specialist, any internist, even General practitioners.. they would all prescribe and administer the same treatment.. or you can even go to ER's of private hospitals, there you can get lab results quick and get the treatment (injection) administered quickly.. the standard treatment of "tulo" or gonorrhea is CEFTRIAXONE - one dose, intramuscularly (injection)DOXYCYCLINE - tablet, taken for 7 days now there are other alternative antibiotics that can be given, but i dont want to mention them because it encourages people to self medicate (which could have disastrous results if a disease is not treated properly). you must consult a doctor first.. Hope that helps Quote Link to comment
