  1. Diet, exercise (weight training) and cardio. Cut the carbs, soda and junk food. Eat more protein and vegetables. Calorie deficit is key. Walk for 30 mins - an hour per day or at least 6000 steps a day. Drink lots of water and sleep. Matrabaho and its not instant. U have to really work for it and to be patient but its achievable.
  2. Yeah i think its important to get a trainer especially if ur a beginner coz u dont know anything yet. He/she will teach u proper posture and form and also assist u on how to do the exercises. They also help push u so that u can elevate ur level and lift or do more work so that youll get to ur goal a little bit faster than if u do it alone at first. Once u get the hang of it and know what to do na. Then u can go and do it on ur own na.
  3. Probably twice to a maximum of 3 times a year.
  4. Need to wear glasses already. Use to have perfect vision. It really got bad when i turned 40 plus. It was a little bit hard to get use to wearing it. Hassle at first. Lalo na kung di ka sanay na kunin, gamitin, dalhin. Pero nasanay din.
  5. Drink meds. Go to a psychotherapist and do ur part in dealing with it. Prayer also helps. Dont count it out.
  6. When u experience high blood pressure already. I only found out about it during the pandemic. I probably already had it but wasnt conscious of it. I was gonna take the vaccine. They didnt allow me to because of it. I thought to myself, Im old na.
