Being a former educator myself, I believe that the best way is to always maintain your command and respect inside the classroom. First day pa lang, dapat i-establish mo na you are someone who needs to be taken seriously, and that you don't really care if your students end up liking you or not. Be intimidating if you need to, and make sure your rules are clearly explained. Kung magiging mabait ka kasi sa una pa lang, magiging presko yan sila, at kakaibiganin ka. Tapos kakakaya-kayahin ka. Kaya dapat umpisa pa lang alam nila na professional relationship nyo, at dapat kang sundin.

Pero dapat huwag yung puro pananakot lang sa mga bata. Dapat maging professional ka din talaga. Dapat aralin mo mabuti tinuturo mo, pumapasok ka on time, at nagsosoli ng test materials on time. Kasi kung hindi, hindi ka rin nila rerespetuhin.

Try to make your lessons more interesting. Add plenty of insightful and practical uses to it on daily life. This helps get their attention to listen. Give quizes as often as you can as this one really forces them to come prepared in class. As a teacher you need to interact more with your students when you lecture. Don't just do a monolouge or read from the book. Get them to be involved in the discussion.

Make sure you maintain discipline inside the classroom. If and when you do this, make sure that your students understand the difference between punishment and a disciplinary action. Explain the the point of the disciplinary action, and how it will help them in the long run.

Then pag nakita mong medyo nadevelop mo na discipline nila, at medyo ganado naman sa pagaaral, thats the time you can losen up a bit and crack humor every now and then. Be strict but be fair.

Sabi nga the best mentors have to be centaurs half human, half beast.

The Amazing Spider-man 2

In my opinion there are 3 superhero movies that redefined the genre. Superman (1978), Spider-man (2002) and The Dark Knight (2008). All these movies set the standards on how good superhero movies should be. They should have memorable characters, cool action sequence, awesome special effects, and more than that a story arc that will make the movie still worth watching even though the Hero is not wearing his costume. Moreover, these movies succeeded not only in making us believe that their capabilities can be done in the real world, but in also make us feel what it is like when they are swinging or flying up in the air. Sam Raimi's take on spider-man reignited the interest in this genre to a whole new level, at the time when so much visual tricks could be done with CGI. It did feature memorable action sequences, villains that were as interesting as the hero, and most of all a lot heart in the story department. Although the third installment was a let down, the first 2 installments definitely deserves their place among the greatest superhero movies of all time. Hence, in comes the problem that this rebooted franchise with a different director and set of actors have to overcome. Many wont be able to help but compare it to the original trilogy. More importantly, they will have very high expectations. They will want to see something that justifies the reboot especially that it was done too soon, at the time when the legacy and charm of the original was still fresh in the minds of most fans. But undeniably, Spidey is marvel's most famous character, so we can't blame studios if they will somehow attempt to find new ways to keep the franchise going.

I admit that I walked into this with such high expectations. I wanted it so much to be better than the Sam Raimi trilogy. The first installment to the reboot although very entertaining had too much been-there-done-that scenes. I didn't even feel that I was being told a new story here. Its the same exact themes of "with great powers come great responsibility". And in this one? I feel that it still hasn't fixed that problem. In this latest installment, we are shown a more detailed background story about Peter's parents. We are given a clearer picture why Peter had to be left to the care of his Uncle, how they died, and what they died for. Then fast forward to the present where we see spidey do what he does best. Web-swing across Manhattan as he tries to stop a crime in progress. He has to do this while trying to make it to his own graduation ceremony. We also see that Peter now has second thoughts about continuing his relationship with Gwen after the events of the previous movie. We are introduced to the Osborns and get a glimpse into the friendship of Peter and Harry. Then there is our main villain in the movie, who i thought had an origin story arc that was all too familiar. A nerdy weakling, fanatically idolizing the main hero, then a tragic accident will happen and events would lead for him to hold a grudge against his idol. Then the clash between them will be set.

I actually liked the casting in this one. Andrew Garfiled is a better spider-man and Peter Parker than Tobey Maguire (no disrespect to him). He is a more likeable nerd. A cool guy, but not exactly the stereotypical douche you see in highschool. I also liked the sense of humor he brings to the costumed character, because in the comics, Spidey is really a wise-cracking jerk. That said, it didn't even matter to me that he looked a lot less muscular that the previous film appearance of the hero. He is fun to watch when he is goofing around or when he starts to get serious. As great as an actor Jamie Foxx is, I don't think this will be recorded as one of his memorable character portrayals. Not because he didn't fit well into the role, but the background story of the villain is all too familiar. If you have seen the incredibles, or Jim Carrey in Batman forever, then you will see what I mean. One of the main complaints I had about this, was that the trailer promised us 3 villains and turns out it did not need to. Electro for sure is the main antagonist in this movie. I thought that the re-imagining of the Green Goblin character was a lot cooler on this one. The actual actor who portrayed him didn't need much make up on to look like a goblin. Unfortunately we only get to see him square off with spidey for 10 minutes or less, which makes feel like a little pointless. We could have just saved him for the sequel. As for the Rhino? Well he was completely unnecessary. He neither added more weight nor charm to the movie. It was a waste of screen-time for Paul Giamatti.

The main problem though I had with the film was that the structure of the story felt like it was all over the place. There is no emphasis in any of the specific themes. Moreover, it just lacked the heart of the original. Even the friendship and conflict between Peter and Norman here was not well developed. This is supposed to be an essential recurring theme in the spider-man universe. Something that was well done in the Sam Raimi version. I actually missed James Franco in this one. We got to see these two begin as surrogate brothers, but later events would turn them into bitter enemies which is why it breaks your heart to see their friendship dissolve just like that. This element is something that was just so underdeveloped in the script of this movie. What was the Hero's main struggle in this movie? Was it the difficulty of the responsibilities of his own powers? How his double-identity affecting his relationships? Was it the quest to dig deeper into his own identity? Or how he finds parallels of himself to the antagonist? Its all of the above, but none are given the appropriate focus in the treatment. The movie was way too long IMO, and the parts where the hero is doing anything but web-slinging felt kinda dragging. And I was like "Oh please make something happen already".

Don't get me wrong though, this is definitely a very entertaining movie to watch. After all, the main expectation really going into this kind of movies is to enjoy some kickass superhero action sequences. This is one element that this movie does right. I don't think though you need to watch it on 3D, because the web-slinging scenes in 2D alone were enough to make you feel that you are on spidey's back while he is leaping from one building to the other. The action sequences were very tensed too. There were a lot of moments in those scenes when I was literally grabbing the edge of my arm rest.

All in all, The Amazing Spider-man 2 is a fun movie. I may have not said a lot of the negative points I made in this review if I could for a second forget that the Sam Raimi movies existed. Given some problems (Ok nitpick) in the story department, I still enjoyed it a lot, and I will be looking forward to part 3.

The difficulty here is that college graduates may not want to apply for an MMDA position. A job as an MMDA enforcer doesn't pay much. The reason people go to college is to become eligible for higher paying jobs.

 

But it might be a good idea to require MMDA enforcers to undergo seminars on traffic management as well as English courses so they will be intimidated by English-speaking motorists.

Sumosobra na ang yabang nating mga Pilipino. Ang hilig natin magmalaki sa internet na tayo ang pinakamagaling, pero nakikisabit lang naman tayo sa tagumpay nina Pacquiao Charice at Arnel. Masyadong balat sibuyas pag binibiro ang lahi, pero ang lakas din naman mangasar sa ibang lahi. Ultimo ba naman suntukan ng 5 Pilipino laban sa 30 mexicano, sinasabitan pa din ng proud to be pinoy na yan

Karamihan sa mga babae na nabubuntis ng maaga ay hindi dahil sa kalandian kundi pagiging ignorante. Marami dyan na sobrang relihiyoso magulang pero nabubuntis din anak nila. Dapat kasi habang bata pa, turuan ng kung ano yung mga dapat nilang iwasan. Tulad ng pagkukulong sa isang kwarto kasama ng lalake. Ituro din sa kanila kung kelan dapat sila maging hindi kompurtable pag hinahawakan na ng lalake.

Hindi ko alam kung bakit mariin lagi pagtutol ng simbahan dito. Pati din yata sila, ignorante sa totoong dahilan kung pano nabubuntis ang mga minor de edad sa panahon ngayon. BUkod pa dun, ano ba akala nila? Tuturan sila ng ibat ibang kama sutra position?

Its a tagalog movie called kisapmata. It was directed by Mike Deleon and stared Vic Silayan, Charro Santos, and Jay Ilagan.

Many will consider this a dark drama, but for me, it is a horror movie. I said that because the main character was one really scary dude. There is no super natural element to this, nor is it a creature feature. But the father in this story was really one scary monster guarding the damsel in distress. Even the supposed knight in shining armor here is a pussy. The reason why it was so scary for me was because of how realistic the characters were. I mean the main monster looked like my overweight next door neighbor. I wont spoil anything for those of you who wanna see it. But I really wished we made movies like this these days.

If she's worth it I would be willing to risk it.

This is a form of emotional abuse sa partner mo. Its an obvious attempt to manipulate guilt, and obviously to some extent it can cause trauma and much emotional stress to the person who is being threatened.

Bro, your mind is your weapon, i know makakapag isip ka din ng derecho if you put your emotions aside. Walang masama kung mag mamahal ka, sabi nga ng karamihan, kaya nga mas mataas ang utak sa puso kasi para makapag isip ng ilang beses bago sundin ang nararamdaman. Emotions are precious, so be careful who you choose to give it too. Depending on the person, it can be a rewarding experience or it can shatter you to bits. May panahon na pwede mo mas sundin nararamdaman mo, pero not if you are broken hearted. Lalo ka lang ipapahamak nyan.

1. Never trust your heart when its broken. It will never make a correct decision.

2. To truly heal from the past, you have to completely leave everything behind. Including the good memories. Clinging to good memories will only prevent you from creating better memories to replace those that you should leave behind.

Based on my experience (and some logical psycholohical background na rin) people who threaten to k*ll themselves rarely push thru with it.

 

My ex is still texting me via random numbers saying she's dying / in the hosp / about to pull the trigger. She's been doing that for over a year now. Lol.

 

I also know a couple of people who said they'll take their own lives but cant even hold onto a blade.

 

And when I watch the news, lovestruck or heartbroken suicidals dont give out warning signals na they'll end their lives. They just do iy and everyone is left flabbergasted.

Yeah ganun lang naman talaga kasi yan eh, its more of a psychological bluff. They are toying with your guilt para balikan sila. Its an act of desperation really.

Nagkaroon na ako ng ganitong experience.

Noon talaga naawa ako, kaya di ko maiwan iwan. Tried breaking it up with her gently, pero the more lang ako inaabuso hangang ako din mismo magdeteriorate na. It really brought out the worst in me. So I made a decision to be an assh*le. I told her that if yan ang ipapangtakot nya sakin, I will no longer be responsible. Kasi tapos na kami. Ayun di naman ginawa. Ganyan kasi ang mga taong ito. They will pull BS like this on you, knowing it will work. Its emotional blackmail. Kaya the key lang talaga dito is to have a spine at panindigan mo desisyon mo na kung tapos na tapos na.
