So ano gusto mo ngayon?

Like I said, the bottom line is protected na ang pasahero sa ganitong klase ng scam

The problem is the law itself. Intent to fire is not necessary for the crime to be committed. Mere possession of ammunition (of whatever quantity) is already a violation of the law. If the public wishes to change how people caught with ammunition is treated, then they should push for changing the law. Something like possession of ammunition be excluded as a crime, or at least give a certain quantity.

By way of analogy, think of it similarly as drugs. The quantity of drugs possessed does not matter. Mere possession is a crime. It's like saying "ay konting shabu lang naman ang dala nya, palagpasin na natin. Basta iwan mo na lang yung shabu."

On the part of the law enforcers, they need to get some training. There's a specific definition of "ammunition", which specifies its components - i.e. the necessary items for the ammunition to be "live". These enforcers need to be able to distinguish a live bullet from a dud. For the OTS people to not know this is forgiveable (though they should also receive training so they won't even have to stop passengers at the airport in the first place), but for the Airport Police called to respond to not be able to distinguish a live bullet from a dud on the spot is just ridiculous.

  2. Dear Citizen Noy,

It may be too early, but since when you were asked point blank if you were done with politics and you did not give a clear "no", I offer you this challenge.

I challenge you to run in the Senate in 2019. No proxy war on gauging the success of your "Daang Matuwid". Let us see how many Filipinos would actually want to see you continue what you did in the last 6 years.

And if you do return to the Senate, I challenge you to rally together your turncoat LP partymates, if you can. In GoT parlance, I challenge you to call the banners and see who among those turncoats will refuse the call. Let's us see if you can lead a party no longer in the seat of power. Shoving leadership of your party to a green Robredo just because she is VP is such a cop out move. Your party needs some real leadership now that it stands on the margins of power - let us see if you can provide that leadership.

Finally, I challenge you to lead a true Minority - a genuine group that will serve as a check to the Majority. We still live in a democracy after all, and checks & balance is one of the cornerstones of a democratic government.

I'd love to see you do all these things, and by that time, the Presidential Electoral Tribunal would probably have declared BBM as VP of the country. And I'd love to see more if by 2022 BBM wins the Presidency, and you Citizen Noy, will find yourself in the same position as your father - a Senator in a Marcos Presidency. That would be one helluva sight indeed.

O bakit si Pnyo nga 1030 nagigising, tapos mga 4 or 5 private time nya na. Is that what you prefer for empathy?

Di naman front line service yan, at walang time-in, time-out ang Presidente. The President can call meetings and sign papers whenever he wants.

We've hear Erap signs papers during his late nights with the boys, including Johnny Walker. I know GMA calls her cabinet even past midnight to demand answers, and the poor bastards of course had no choice but to answer the call. As for PNoy I've personally seen him attend meetings early in the morning and even evenings in Malacanang.

For all that talk of Digong that his work hours starts at 1pm, he will be made to attend meetings, functions, or whatever in the morning and you'll see him have some private time in the afternoon. And there's nothing wrong with that. Bong Go as PMS Secretary will have the unenviable job of scheduling the affairs of the incoming President, and it will involve all times of day.

  4. Hahaha you and kindred mess me up the most on this thread. Great season finale. Walang kasulatan. Eddard is 6 seasons dead. Unless may notebook or document that will support what he saw in his vision. Not to mention he has the white walkers and the wall between him to get South. Parang mara clara nga hahaha. I am waiting for King Snow to turn super saiyan and turn his hair silver hahaha. Corny ko.

    To the next season!

My theory is that to prove that Jon is a true "Blood of the Dragon", he will be made to demonstrate that like Daenerys, he is also immune to fire. This is one way that he can prove to Daenerys that he is a true dragon and make her accept him as a Targaryen. Remember Daenerys' brother Viserys? She thought less of him when he was killed by fire (well, technically molten gold). Hence, it could have an opposite effect if Jon was to survive fire. For more dramatic effect, Drogon's dragon fire. Hehe.

When Jon Snow was murdered by the Night's Watch and lay dead, I actually thought they will try to burn his body and it will demonstrate that he is immune to fire, and perhaps even reborn by it. Considering the theory that Jon is born of Rhaegar Targaryen and Lyanna Stark has long been a fan theory.

I'm sorry. I couldn't not remark on this but...wala bang pasok today?

  6. I guess the "yellow" supporters here are just soft supporters. They don't really care if Roxas or Robredo wins. They can't defend them when the issues against "Daang Malubak" is brought up. With supporters like them, who needs enemies?

Unless we see the COMELEC Chairman and Commissioners in the slammer, these allegations against them are not true. Right?

But seriously, I would wait for the results of the investigation on the poll fraud issue. There are a lot of questions that have yet to be answered and during elections scare tactics is not uncommon. Candidates leading in the surveys claim the only way they will lose is if they are cheated, as if to mind-condition the people that they can never lose.

  7. Again good point.

Still i would like to argue like duterte, after all if i argue like duterte, a lot of people clap their hands and cheer me on. I become more popular so to answer your question:

"t#ang%na ano nitpick! Kayo mga elitista kayo lakas niyo magenglish tingin niyo englishin niyo lang kami para di namin maintindihan para panalo kayo sa argumento??!! t#ang%na niyo! Gulpihin ko kayo sa kalsada at kung bugbog sarado ka na dumudugo na ilong pwede niyo na explain kung ano nitpick! Nitpick! Nitpick! Tusukin kita toothpick diyan e!"

And then: palakpakan ang mga supporter DUTERTE DUTERTE DUTERTE!

Someone as smart as you should see what's wrong with this mate

Nakalimutan mo halikan muna yung Philippine flag pards.

  8. Did I heard it right? bayaran ni Duterte?

Labo, pero based on evidence yan.

  9.

it sucks being accused with no evidence, right?

    just driving a point here.

It sucks even more when people say there is no evidence, and yet when all the evidence is there they refuse to see it and instead make conclusions contrary to the evidence.

Sabi nga ni Mugatu sa Zoolander I - "Am I the only one seeing this? I feel like I'm taking crazy pills."

  10.

Really not a Digong fan. He's dead last on my Presidentiables list.

  11. It seems to me that our next president will be the fiery mayor from the Sweet South and our next vice president will be the tranquil senator from the Solid North.

Yin and Yang at its finest. Digong and Bongbong. Hey, even their nicknames rhyme.

    BoTete in 2016?

Really not a Digong fan. He's dead last on my Presidentiables list.

  12. Alright, can we please stop using the argument that conviction by a court or being in jail is the only acceptable proof that somebody did something. I think we can all agree not everyone who got convicted by a court and sent to jail is guilty of actually committing the crime he/she is accused of, and not everyone who actually committed a crime got convicted by a court or was sent to jail. Just because it hasn't been proven in court, doesn't mean you didn't do it. We know there are so many criminals in this country that walk around as free men. So please, stop.

And for the BBM haters out there, please try to come up with stuff that the guy actually did and not stuff that the father did. I mean, nobody is asking Nancy Binay in the Senate to answer for the corruption charges hurled against her father; nobody is asking PNoy to take the fall for the shortcomings of Cory's administration; nobody is accusing JV or Jinggoy that they were in on the plunder of Erap (well, apparently they're plunderers in their own right anyway). It cuts both ways, the sons and daughters can not take credit for the accomplishments of their parents. PNoy cannot say he is an icon of democracy like his parents, and neither can GMA take credit for whatever Diosdado Macapagal during his Presidency. As for Erap, not really sure what he did that JV or Jinggoy would want to take credit for (the creation of the Carabao Center perhaps?).

As for the VP frontrunners, strip away their names, their lineage, and their affiliations and look at them as individuals standing on their own right and merit. Even those blinded by hate will see who is most capable of serving as VP of this country.
