chief genetic_freak and 0lympus sa tingin nyo is 28 years old of age a late age to start training in BJJ? your thoughts about it chief?
Nope its not. It's never too late to Start BJJ. There may be some advantages from a flexibility standpoint if you do start at an earlier age but age really doesn't matter in BJJ. We have a Japanese Student in Fabricio named Hiro Kitamura who started at age 37. Hiro is now a purple belt and has competed successfully in competitions in and out of the country (most notably he placed second in the bluebelt division in the Europe Open last year). So it's never too late to start.

ok ah
so where in alabang?
will get back to you regarding this dude. our southern boys haven't been to wakwak since Master Fabricio was here in the country. wala din akong mahagilap na may number ni Bert Sunico. Grrr..
-
WTF?! bakita hindi ipapalabas ng live yung UFN sa sunday? instead sa august 1 pa...
Oo nga e. kaasar. Well anyhow lets just pray Brandon does well on his first time at LHW.

is fabricio in alabang really in alabang, or is it the one in san pedro? (which isn't too far away)
Ganito kasi When Bert Sunico Got his Bluebelt after getting gold in the absolute division of the Phil International Last year he opened a school in alabang. The one in San Pedro is still there (R and J Gym, EM Arcade San Pedro Laguna, now under bluebelt Noel Ang) but the bluebelt who used to coach there (Archie Celebre) has transferred to alabang din together with Bert, Jeff Graham and the rest of the guys I just don't know why the branch in alabang hasn't been included in the list of Fabricio schools on our website.

Either Cash and Carry in Makati (where I think they have ridiculously low prices), Makro (in either Sucat, Makati or Sangangdaan) or Cherry Foodarama along Congressional Ave.

1,500 for the entire week. Start of the week binibigay kaya regardless na kung biglang nawalan ng pasok for a day or a couple of days saken na yung pera. Thankful ako pag bumabagyo at walang pasok dahil nakakaipon ako.

not really. I'm really more after the built. Doesn't matter if she's 5'1 or 5'9, the built has to be just right.

It's official. Heard it on the Morning Zoo Crew this morning.
August 30th, CCP. For one night only. The Eraserheads are having a Reunion.
I wonder how much the tickets would be though.

Kudos to the 2 SPRAWL Fighters who fought last Saturday at the Phil Sub Sports League event. Both won via GNP in the 2nd round.
