Mas maganda kung meron track/running field. Then do Sprinting. Do your warm ups, stretching then jog for a few minutes. Then Go full blast 30 seconds sprinting then 90 seconds rest/jogg, repeat up to 8 times. Do this at least twice a week.
if you're lazy in doing your own research on how to train properly and follow a program just get a personal trainer. As long as you have the money for it of course.
Honestly It kinda depends din sa looks mo. Shape of your head to be exact. Short or Long hair which suits you best, you decide which looks better on you.
