    before workout or after workout bro much better sa creatine and mag add ka ng water consumption by AT LEAST 500ml MUCH BETTER pag 1 liter and after a few months ang ganda nya tingnan pag shirtless ka, hahaha trust me!

    HINDI idol, kasi parehas humihigop ng tubig yan in fact bawal ka mag kape after taking creatine baka maapektuhan atay mo since mababawasan yung tubig mo sa katawan by mixing both, I suggest you take it with whey protein like me para di mo makalimutan or any juice siguro... but if you are taking creatine with juice or water, it's best before workout and even on rest days. hope that helps idol

    yes she is my brother, she always pushes hard sa mga workouts kaya nakakatuwa and she always takes everything what u give, walang reklamo, she is my fave kasi she videos herself and me goofing around in between sets, hahahaha on topic, reunited with a thera who is very special to me, you know who you are miss....haha
