Walang supplements ang makakatulong sa iyo kung sablay ang kain mo. Ang bodyfat mo pa rin ang magsasabi kung cuts/defined ka o hindi. High bf = no definition, low bf = cuts. noah Posted November 7, 2006 Share Posted November 7, 2006 duds , anung suplement ang tryd and tested nyo na pra mablis magkarun ng cuts?? tnx! and how much ang price range? tnxbro,considering that you do the basics such as proper training, diet, rest and recuperation, etc., most of these thermogenics/"muscle cut pills"/fat burners have the same basic/main ingredients...the only difference is the brand which equal to its price...most of these high end supplements have other competitor brands that have almost the same main ingredients but cheaper, even much cheaper...if you are new to taking supplements, try the lower end brands first and see its effect on you...which is what i do...i take these pills mainly because of the energy boost i get from it, NOT the thermogenic effects (I only take them prior to working out to lessen the consumption and saves me money at the same time)...the energy boost i get makes me work out harder, more intense and longer so i get better work out overall...which means better definition or muscle gain whichever is your goal...just my two cents...noah Quote Link to comment
