Morning Habit

1. patayin yung alarm

2. kunyari gigising na, pero matutulog pa ulit ng 30 minutes :blink:

3. after 30 minutes to 2 hours, babangon

4. magmumumog, iinom ng tubig

5. magpuPush ups ng 8x then 16x

6. maliligo ng malamig na tubig

7. kung maleLate na takbo punta klase, kung medyo maaga pa, almusal nang tapsilog/BBQ rice :D

I usually wake up at 8 am even if I dont have classes and go for a jog. I love jogging, it makes me feel relaxed and free. If I'm too lazy to jog, I always make sure to walk twice the distance. I jog 3 k's a day, so if I'm going to walk, I'm gonna walk 6 km's. Hehe sounds harsh but it isnt! It's fun! I swear! When you're used to it, you wont even see it as exercising, it's just like taking a stroll!

 

Of course I always bring my dog with me :) It's more fun when you got someone to talk to while exercising :P
