ok... as i've said before... if you install redhat as a server, apache and sendmail are included by default. the proxy package is also in the disk you just have to check the package to include it in the installation.

 

now if you didn't install your redhat as a server or you dont want to do a reinstallation, extreme has posted some articles above. i suggest you read 'em first.

There could be several reasons for your problem please post your operating system, (windows xp ba?). For a start try to un-install the drivers for your videocard this will reset your computer to use the windows supplied driver then re-install the newest driver you can find on the net. hope this helps.

I'm running on WIN '98 SE. I was able to fix the screen sizes/resolutions, but this bugs me. Everytime it hangs, I always have to adjust it (DAMN!!!!).

 

And I got another problem:

 

When I open IMESH and while downloading, I cant seem to click on other applications (IE, or even My Docs folder). There's an error saying something about not having enough memory and I need to close some applications. For christ's sake, that's the only thing that's open!!! I thought I got a new PC, how come I'm running out of memory? :grr: :upside:

How much memory do you inside your pc and do you know how much virtual memory you have (you can find that in my computer > right click > properties > on one of the tabs you can find a button to access the virtual memory settings) ?

 

You could try to change OS of course to something more stable like windows 2000 or XP.

Your cousin has allegedly been physically assaulted. The attack may be a crime under Art. 266 of the Revised Penal Code which states:

 

"Art. 246- Slight Physical Injuries and maltreatment- The crime of slight physical injuries shall be punished:

 

1) By arresto menor when the offender has inflicted pysical injuries which shal incapacitate the offended party for labor from one to nine days, or shall require medical attendance during the same period.

 

2) By arresto menor or a fine not exceeding 200 pesos and censure when the offender has caused physical injuries which do not prevent the offended party from engaging in his habitual work nor require medical attendance.

 

3) By arresto menor in its minimum period or a fine not exceeding 50 pesos when the offender shall ill treat another by deed without causing injury."

 

As such, a criminal complaint may be filed against the offending party, simultaneously filing the civil aspect in the complaint. That is where "Danyos Perhuwisyo" or Damages may be claimed by the offended party. The claim depends upon the degree of the damages sustained of course. There are different types of damages which the offended party may want to seek such as actual, moral, exemplary etc. but unfortunately, there is no scientific method in computing the damages that you want to claim. As to the the amount of damages that you wish to claim, it depends on you... but as to the amount of damages that may be awarded, that is up to the courts to decide depending on the evidence presented in court. Sadly, our courts tend to give very low amounts when it comes to damages.

 

I am not aware of the entire situation in which your cousin got allegedly punched, but if this could already be settled amicably between themselves, that would be the best solution.

 

As an aside, may I urge us all to please refrain from looking at our judicial system as a collecting agency by filing frivolous cases in the hopes of making money out of the unfortunate incidents that happen in life. If and when we file a case, make sure of our intent.

Try to post the following specs and I'll try to give you a more exact solution for your problem.

processor (please post the exact model and speed)

videocard (how much video memory does it have)

motherboard (please include what chipset and brand)

Memory how much and what speed, ddr or sdr

and modem

 

You mentioned that you are still using windows 98...

I've heard a lot of people saying that this is the most stable operating system, I very much disagree. Windows 2000 is the most stable OS right now and Win XP is in the near second.

 

Win XP and Win 2k, offers more dynamic memory management and builds on an NT kernel, meaning that it is an independent os.

 

While Windows 95, 98, and ME, though seems directly related to win 2k and xp because of the similiraty in it's interface, uses a DOS based system.

 

If you don't have a clue on tweaking virtual memory as the other reply suggested, it woiuld really be better for you to migrate to either win2k or winxp.

I'm sure that by doing so youd definitely avoid all the other headaches to come.

 

Anyway, try to post your pc spec, so that i'd be able to post alternative solution.

Costs for an annulment vary... mostly depending on the lawyer. This is so because what a lawyer provides is a service and not a product. Unlike merchandise, the services of a lawyer are not exactly the same. Although there is a ball park figure for each case, I think that would be best discussed when you (or your lady friend) are already seriously speaking to a lawyer. Asking the professional fee from the lawyer himself/herself is proper.

 

As to the gender of the lawyer, I suggest you just get one who is trustworthy above all, then diligent in his/her work, and is fair in his/her dealings with others.

yes, it is! firefox has tabbed browsing; a built-in popup blocker; you can allow/disallow any images from a specific url; it has a lot of extensions that you can download to add more functionality to your site.

she is based here in the US but was married in manila in 1995. both church and civil rites (sa manila city hall daw)... in 1998, nag disappear po ang kanyang husbandry. as in pag uwe nya ala na ang things ng lalake at nagiwan ng note tapos nawala (unfortunately na wala daw yun note nun nadukot ang wallet nya)...emfre sa galit ng aking pinsan ibinalik nya sa haws ng guy ang lahat lahat ng things nito. at sya po ay tumungo na dito sa US.
