Hi Im looking for a budget Laptop around 15-20k only but with decent specs

Would it be wise to get a 2nd hand? Or baka luge lang ako sa paayos.

I mean here are my desired specs, at leats 1.5-2.0 Ghz

P4, 256-512 ram (I might upgrade nalang), dvd/dvd writer,

Wifi ready. For download purposes and online games only.

OT:

I Plan to sell my rig bakit ganun babaan na prices ng desktops ngayon

Would I be able to get laptops for that price?

Kais ang bago is mga 20-30k eh.

Need advice thanks

laptopking.com.ph has a few sub-20k notebooks. The specs aren't spectacular but i think you'll find what your looking for. I'd think it would be better than second hand because kahit papaano you get a warranty.

question lang for laptop users. ako kasi very familiar sa desktops, not on laptops.

I know that Asus is a good brand when it comes to motherboards and other desktop hardware but is it good pagdating sa laptops?

also, how about Neo brand? ang mura kasi as compared to other brands like MSI, Dell, ECS (btw.. based on my experience sa ECS hardware I keep away from this brand, ewan ko lang sa laptop).

planning to buy a laptop because of mobility problems. I can't keep on carrying my desktop CPU where ever I go!!!

Got an Acer Aspire5583WXMi a little over two months ago with Intel Core 2 Duo 1.66GHz processor, 1Gb DDR2 RAM, 120Gb HD, NVIDIA GeForce Go 7300 with 128 MB of dedicated RAM, 14.1" Widescreen, 8X DVD-Super Multi double-layer optical drive, built-in 1.3 Megapixel webcam, WiFi, and Bluetooth.

For all my current and future uses, this thing sure suffices. Good price too at P69,900.
