Nu-metal (or mallcore. i.e. Korn, Limp Bizkit, Linkin Park) is not included since it's not really metal, just whiny, lame rock. I'm referring to real, proud and loud, bonafide metal bands such as: IRON MAIDEN, BLACK SABBATH, MEGADETH, SLAYER, TESTAMENT, ANTHRAX, old-METALLICA, old-SEPULTURA, PANTERA, IN FLAMES, CARCASS, NAPALM DEATH, EMPEROR, DARKTHRONE, IMMORTAL, AT THE GATES, KREATOR, MORBID ANGEL, DEATH, DEICIDE and many others. So are there any here? Count me in ! Well Im not into old school music just like the the bands above, im taking it to another level and listening to a more newer version of it.... Well guys past is past listen to the new bands out there like All that remains, As i lay dying. Bring me the horizon, i killed the prom queen, normajean and a lot lot more... check for Rise Records for they are one of the best label ou there in the market ! Remember guys ! Your getting old , and we have to find something new ! cause everything changes, people , music even drugs are changing so find something better and dont stick to old mainstream music! And that's typical of people who listen to music as a passing fad. They just listen to what's new and do not dig deep enough to get to the influences of the bands that they listen to. To people like you, music is just a fad. You'll probably be a metalcore listener now and next year you're off listening to the newest fad (deathcore maybe?). You're last sentence doesn't make sense. And FYI, the bands I mentioned are relatively new and are not the 'MAMA or TATAY core of what the new generation'. Most of them are even part of the New Wave of Thrash Metal.
