izzecoh Posted April 13, 2005 Author Share Posted April 13, 2005 i already have an sss number but i still don't have the digitized id.i went to sss last january to update my records coz i changed status.what do i have to do next to get the digitized id? <{POST_SNAPBACK}>nagchange k n status... so ur surname will also be changed... yun n muna ung paayos mo.... tapat updated muna ung records mo before applying for a digitized ID... go to MAC or the Membership Department to settle this... tapos pag-ayos n... fill-up k ng SSS Form E-6, then magpa"capture" k for the ID... ok??? izzecoh Posted April 16, 2005 Author Share Posted April 16, 2005 hi izzecoh! question, nag salary loan ako dati, tapos nalipat ako ng company, naputol yung pagbabayad ko kaya may utang pako ng 5K kasama interest at penalty, balak ko sana ulit magsalary loan kaya nais ko na bayaran sana yung utang ko, san ko ba pde bayaran (sa main ba, san banda at saang window) para mabilis ma process at maka salary loan ako? salamat <{POST_SNAPBACK}>as i've said earlier... dapat nka nagmature na ung loan (2 yrs yun).. tapos meron kming condonation program ngyon... iavail mo n lang yun... then puede k d2 s main office magbayad. sa Treasury Department... tapos pagkabayad apply k ng loan,,, then attach mo n lang ung recibo ng pinagbayaran mo... ok?? centrino Posted April 24, 2005 Share Posted April 24, 2005 Sir, confirm ko lang magkano max salar loan ngayon, I've completed payment sa 1st loan ko nung 2001 pa, balak ko sana loan ulit, also gano katagal processing, lastly do I need to have this digitized ID for the loan? izzecoh Posted April 25, 2005 Author Share Posted April 25, 2005 hi there!! nice topic here!! i lost my pink slip and i have no copy ng sss number ko.. im plannig to apply for a new id.. what can i do??? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> PM me ur wholename and Date of Birth (puede rin hindi, i u dnt want... punta k n lang s nearest SSS Branch nga lang),,, trace ko sss no. mo... then fill-up k n lang ng SSS Form E-6... then puede k ng magpacapture para s bagong ID... bring along at least two valid IDs... Thanks <{POST_SNAPBACK}> if you have at least 72 months of contributions... two months salary credit ang puede mo maloan... pag below 72 months lang... one month salary credit naman... as of now, puede kang mag-apply ng salary loan without the digitized ID...
