Guiness
Can't blame Kobe for deciding to retire. I'm sure he was pondering and pay close attention to how he was going to perform this season and how the team is doing. With how he is struggling with his shot and factoring in the performance of the team. He realized that the team won't make the playoffs. The team is just too young and not prepared and ready yet to compete. But i won't be surprised if Kobe decides to return to basketball if not the in the NBA maybe in the Italian League. I won't be surprised too if after a year he decides to play one more year with another NBA team. I may have hated him because i always rooted for the opposing team the Lakers play against but later on this year. I have grown to respect him as a player and admire how he matured. Young will not take over as the top dog... parang panay tsamba lang to at panay dada... i hope they can get a real franchise player after kobe and re build the team around him... pilipinoopao
It's better to leave now because he has nothing left to prove Quote Link to comment
Guiness
Nick Young. that's laughable, a guy who talks trash but can't back it up. He should just stop because its embarrassing. It gives bad light to great trash talkers who can back it up like Kobe, Garnett etc.. Quote Link to comment
direstraits94
Young is more of a clown , I wish nxt season he is gone Quote Link to comment
darksoulriver
Byron Scott should resign now... If he got the dignity of a LAKERS he should go! Quote Link to comment
Richmond
Losing to the 76ers should be the cue for Byron Scott to resign he can't handle the team well Quote Link to comment
rldelrosario
Tough for a Coach when you don't have the horses.. Quote Link to comment
One Size Fits All
^ Yeah so true, despite the shooting percentage, Kobe Bryant is still the best player in his team right now. They should acquire an all star level player next season in free agency or draft when Kobe is gone. They should give D'Angelo Russell, Jordan Clarkson and Julius Randle more playing time and confidence in their game. Quote Link to comment
jtaq
Philadelphia wins its first game of the season by beating the hapless Lakers and are now 1-18. Kobe helps them win by going 7-26. Quote Link to comment
