Pinondohan yan ng gobyerno pero mga cojuanco ang ang nakuha ng bayad. prenteng prente walang nilabas na pera sa pagpapagawa ng daan pero kumukuha ng toll. Haha..Mukhang nag iibento ka na lang ng sarili mong kwento, When the Government awarded the sale of the Hacienda to the Cojuancos under President Magsaysay, malinaw na sa kasunduan na after 10 years ay ibibigay sa mga magsasaka ang lupa which the Cojuancos never did. Ngayon magtatahi ka ng sarili mong kwento at depensa para sa mga Aquino, when in fact yang sinasabi mo ay hindi man lang naging depensa ng kampo ng mga Aquino sa kaso..hahaha.. Pangalawa, sinagot na yang tanong mo ni camiar at uaeboy regarding sa 20pesos na sinisingil ng mga Aquino sa Luisita Interchange, magbackread ka na lang. Motorists were notified about this plan through three billboards which were put up on Wednesday, although a cease and desist order (CDO) served by the Toll Regulatory Board (TRB) on June 2 remained in effect, according to TRB spokesperson Julius Corpuz. The notices did not state the name of the company that ordered the collection or the firm that it authorized to collect the fees, Corpuz said when asked for details. “The TRB directors have been informed [about the content of the billboards] and the course of action is now being explored should they decide to reimpose the fees,” Corpuz said. Jose “Peping” Cojuangco Jr., one of the owners of Hacienda Luisita Inc. (HLI) and who answered media queries on the same issue last year, did not reply to a call and text by the Inquirer. In a text message last June, Cojuangco identified the Brown International Corporate Services Inc. (Bicsi) as the company collecting the fees. He did not reply when asked who contracted Bicsi to do the task. In June, tickets turned in by motorists to the Inquirer bore the names “JCSI-Bicsi” and “SCI-MAC.” Lawyer Antonio Ligon, counsel of HLI, reiterated on Thursday that the company has nothing to do with the collection of toll, which Cojuangco referred to then as “pass through fees” amounting to P20 for cars, P50 for minibuses, vans and small trucks, and P100 for large buses and trucks. Ligon said the HLI could not be collecting fees on that road because it belongs to the Tarlac Development Corp. (TDC). The road passes through HLI’s 2.7-kilometer road, which was extended to the 5-km TDC road, he said. Cojuangco said the fees would be used to maintain and repair the San Miguel Road. According to Corpuz, the June 2 CDO drew three replies from HLI, Jose Cojuangco and Sons Inc. (JCSI) and Bicsi. “They wrote us in TRB to tell us that they’re suspending the collection out of courtesy but this is not a waiver of their right to collect toll for the road,” Corpuz said. “They consider the CDO invalid.” A TRB check with the Securities and Exchange Commission showed that Bicsi is doing services for JCSI. Ang gobyerno ang gumastos para mapatayo ang SCTEx, at sinadyang idaan sa Hacienda at Industrial park ng mga Aquino ang kalsada para tumaas ang value ng lupa 2. Binayaran pa ng gobyerno ang mga Aquino/Cojuanco para sa right of way3. Ni-singkong duling walang ginastos ang mga Aquino para sa kalsada4. kamote042988 Posted November 18, 2011 Share Posted November 18, 2011 last may 2011 paalis na kami nang sctex at sa luisita exit kami lumabas. aun. sinisingil kami nang 20 para makadaan. nung humingi kami nang resibo. ok na raw. pinadaan na kami without paying the 20 pesos. the idea was, pag me resibo kami. me proof na naniningil sila nang 20 para makadaan dun sa kalsada nila. na pinagawa nang gobyerno. by sheer coincidence, i read from the paper on that same day that the luisita management said that they issued an order to their people not to collect 20 pesos from the motorists. i believe it was peping cojuangco who said that. i have no idea though if they are still collecting 20 from motorists to this day. Guest nick fury Posted November 22, 2011 Share Posted November 22, 2011 (edited) last may 2011 paalis na kami nang sctex at sa luisita exit kami lumabas. aun. sinisingil kami nang 20 para makadaan. nung humingi kami nang resibo. ok na raw. pinadaan na kami without paying the 20 pesos. the idea was, pag me resibo kami. me proof na naniningil sila nang 20 para makadaan dun sa kalsada nila. na pinagawa nang gobyerno. by sheer coincidence, i read from the paper on that same day that the luisita management said that they issued an order to their people not to collect 20 pesos from the motorists. i believe it was peping cojuangco who said that. i have no idea though if they are still collecting 20 from motorists to this day. I don't think so. The last time I passed 3 months ago, the payment booth from SCTEX leading to Luisita was closed and is most probably still closed. The last time I passed 3 months ago, the payment booth from SCTEX leading to Luisita was closed and is most probably still closed.That was after the TRB ordered them to cease and desist from collecting the illegal toll.
