No harm in believing demonic possessions. What's wrong is dumating agad sa ganung conclusion even the catholic church has psychologist on their ranks to authenticate if exorcism is really needed or need ng medical intervention.

not really. it can be any entity as long as foreign to you. example: engkanto, earth-bound souls (multo). sila yung mas common for causing sleep paralysis.

I agree. may mga na-encounter na ako na legit possession.. pero iba ay mental state.. may test naman yan na ginagawa ng mga albularyo/manggagamot. pag hindi umaray yung pasyente.. isa syang joketime na possessed kuno
